Brought in some blu rays to sell and possibly buy something else a series i had been looking for or potentially a game for my son if he saw something he liked. I didn’t end up buying because they lost my blu rays for about 30 min and I’m going back and forth with the workers while one of them is staring at me with weird looks as if i lost my own movies in your store. When I told them exactly what was in the bag and the Color of the bag. A lot of the blu rays were new and still in plastic got next to nothing for them it’s ok I get it you run a business. You would think they would be more organized considering they write it down now if I didn’t have the proof of me writing the contents of the bag on the paper would they have given me back my blue rays is the question? I recommend buying something I saw a few finds in there for a good price but selling your stuff to them not worth it. The young girl with the twists and glasses was really nice as for the girl with the dyed hair she was very unwelcoming and was just giving me shady eyes for no reason I did nothing but bring in movies to trade and buy some stuff. Might shop there again but not anytime soon.

Awesome prices, if they don't have what you want, they will order it. Definitely recommend this place for movie's and music.

I came in here a few weeks ago to buy something for a client she had been searching for on DVD. I ended up buying a few box sets for myself. Prices are decent and service is friendly. Definitely a great place to find a lot of stock on DVD’s, CD’s and even LP’s.

Was in the store a number of years ago with a male friend. Was good. Their website needs to be user friendly and larger print to read easily. Even with my reading glasses, things are hard to read unless I make the screen larger on my tablet.

Fair prices, good selection, website could be a little more user friendly but it's certainly working properly and very useful. Staff is friendly and they usually play some good music in there too.

They could give more than 30% or a minimum of 2$ for DVDs and 3 $ for the bluray for trade in value of movies and games. Friendly service tho.

The worst staff there's ever been and i've been going to this location for a decade or two. 3 or 4 years ago there was a really good staff but now its all these rude and dissmissive people who are more focused on which one of them are taking home the dvds that someone selling to them never came back to pick up than helping a customer [actually conversation they were having] and they seem to really be irritated by anyone engaging with them.like, bringing vinyl to the counter is an inconvenience to their conversation about social issues.it has gone way down hill.their selection is still good but their new vinyl selection is too indie and underground, like it is a niche selection now for vinyl.

Great service as usual. Walked in to be welcomed to a huge pile of CDs awaiting inspection before me. I brought in 10 cds. The sales person took a quick 5 minutes and went thru my cds happily and I left with a couple "Gems" from their always amazing selection. I am not sure of the sales persons name, but they were super friendly and I appreciate it. Great place to shop.

I usually enjoy going here, but the last time i went the staff were all incredibly dismissive, too busy talking amongst each other to actually help. One of the staff members made snarky comments about the amount i was buying, complaining that he had to find the discs

Also all of them were sick, talking about how their family members had covid and none of them were wearing masks. Big yikes from me

I'll more than likely come back cause the selection is always solid but it wont be for a while after this

As usual I found titles for my collection that could be found elsewhere. Movies older than 10 yrs. British t.v. Series and films. A great place to find those Special Edition title sets. Knowledgable and friendly staff who always go an extra step. One option (great) staff will look up your titles, if any of their locations have them, they can be sent to your store for pickup. Before you order you will be told cost of title/s and will be notified when they arrive. I have used this option and it worked well. John

Great selection to the level of overwhelming. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. Sadly the movie Cosmopolis sucked.

I may regret writing this but tonight was my first visit. I have been going to eb Games since October 2018 looking for a particular PlayStation 3 game. I also ritually went to 1up, cheapies and a few others. All the mother stores I tried are good but just didn't have it or have any leads on a copy. Today I went to eb Games from the mother side of the building and discovered the beat goes on. Stopped in and sitting front cover out. Beckoning me. Was the game I was looking for! There were also a couple other harder to find titles there. If you're looking for something hard to find. Check them out for sure.
