LOVE this store. My Go To Place for Media of all kind. Free shipping if you shop online and pick up at the store. Staff are awesome and there is always great music playing. My only recommendation is adding an extra cash register/till. It can be a long wait if multiple people are all waiting to check out. I always plan for extra time but it would be nice to check out quicker.

Emily (the manager) was helpful in explaining how the process worked for bringing in dvds/vinyl/cds/games for trade in. She was patient and engaging throughout the 20 or so minutes it took. Even though they were busy she went out of her way to find some time to trade in 20 or so TV shows I brought in.
