Went in here looking for lps.used vinyl classic rock.and to say the 2 young ladies working their were rude is an understatement.will not go back.that said im sure most experiences are better then mine.

I really like this location, the staff are very helpful, friendly, prices are good, would recommend.

For a used-media store, the selection is excellent with often the very materials my mother is looking for for Christmas.

Excellent place, felt safe leaving my things there and I heard back within hours even though they were swamped.

The staff are amazing. Super friendly (and frankly, cool), not a huge selection of cassettes, but I think that's more a symptom of location.

Went there to get discs cleaned, they didnt clean them, but hey at least they didnt charge me, i went to NEX gamestore in st kits instead where they offer a proper disc cleaning and resurfacing.

One of the last remaining places that you can purchace used CD's and DVD's/Blu Ray's
If you are like me and enjoy having actual copies of your favorite artists albums id definitely recommend it.

My father is also a huge fan of this place.

Been the best place in Brantford to get music, movies, games. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you can't find what your looking for check their online catalogs and I bet you will find it there, And if not add it to a wishlist and if it does come in you will be notified.

I love this place! You can either browse their in store selection or go to the website and see what's available. If it's at another location you can get that movie shipped to your house or shipped to the location closest to you. BUT WAIT there's more! The movie you're looking for isn't in stock? Add it to your wishlist and get an email sent when it's available to purchase. And you can also sell movies/games to them as well!

The store is often super busy, but even still the staff is great and greets you promptly. I've bought and sold there multiple times and am always happy with results. On two seperate occasions I've had minor issues, and the manager was quick to solve the problem, pleasant to deal with and made me want to come back. Can't beat pricing too. Why buy new if you can buy gently used and save stuff from a landfill.

It's nostalgic to still be able to go to a place and browse for CDs. If it ain't here then they'll ship it from one of their other locations. Check em out and re live the "record store" experience again!

We love this quaint shop for all the choices and reasonable prices for both new and gently used music, movies/shows and even games!

Always helpful staff who know their stuff. If you have large amounts of items to sell, be prepared to drop them off and return later so that the staff have the time to assess everything. Option is for cash or store credit. Large selection of music, movies, and games.

Great place to hunt for used dvds if they dont have it they will put it on a list and if they get it they call you. Good prices

If you are looking for old movies try the best goes on and if they can't help the movie is too old but you can find alot of movies in there

I like the chain, but this location really stunk of dope, so much so that my wife and I had to leave. It Literally reaked. Perhaps that is the culture which the store is looking to bring in in this location, I can't speak to that (this isn't my typical location I visit) but definitely disappointing in my opinion. Fortunately their stock was fairly well organized so I found they didn't have what I was looking for and left. Typically I'd have browsed more.

The selection is not as good as it could be and when you request items they don't stock brought in it quickly gets expensive in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and helpful however.

I love this place - if they don't have what I'm looking for they just place an order and I wait for it to come and they phone me!

Great place for used and older CDs, movies and television series. They do have a section for new albums also. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they can check inventory of other stores and order in what you’re looking for if it’s available. And they come in relatively quick. Better alternative than ordering online all the time.

Great staff. Great and a wonderful selection of evrthing from games.cds dvds etc. Even hard to find items.

None of the cd's I went in looking for were there very poor selection and organization through alot of the store for music. The DVDs /games seem to be the focus these days

Can’t say enough good. Find what your looking for online. I’ve found some really obscure favourites using their wishlist feature. Get it shipped free to local store and pick up there.

Sells used dvds, blue ray, video games, cds and albums at decent prices. If they don't have what you're looking for they will find it. Friendly service and atmosphere. They also buy your items they sell. Only draw back is, you might not get the price you're hoping for but you do have the option for instore credit (which is more) or cash. If you're not satisfied with their offer, sell it on kijiji or online.even then, you might not get your asking price.

The BEST record store. Such friendly down to earth people. They have a great selection, but are also happy to order any unique items in for you.

My favourite store. There's always a huge selection of CDs and DVDs. The staff is awesome and friendly. They always contact me immediately when an item comes in that I've been waiting for which I majorly appreciate. They're also pretty knowledgeable about almost any movie, musician, band, etc.that I've mentioned or asked about which is a bonus. Highly recommend.
