Couldn't find a better place than the Beauty House to do my eyebrows! Very cute and cozy salon with a super friendly staff. I've been doing microblading with Gisele for the past couple of years and recently got my lashline done with her as well. She is amazing! Very professional, attentive to her client's needs and does an excellent job. Highly recommend her!

Everyone at The Beauty House was very welcoming and friendly. I had my first relaxation massage with Olga a couple weeks ago. She was very accommodating and her technique was great! She incorporated cupping and hot stone therapy. I will definitely be returning!

I had my lashes donne at this salon and it was a pure disaster I had to get them removed 24h later.

First the technician who did my lashes didn’t even speak English, literally she couldn’t understand a word, when my eyes were burning she had to ask the technician next to her to translate i think it’s too much.

I showed a photo of what I wanted so there won’t be any misunderstanding and my surprise was when I opened my eye to see something extremely different from what I have asked, the receptionist came to see and translate what I was saying, the lashes were too long too curly it’s not even close to what I have asked.

The receptionist insisted on trying to fix them and the technician tried too but at that point I was so frustrated even after trying to fix them they’re were horrible.

I said they are okey and got out.

I booked an other appointment in an other salon to remove them.

So disappointing I’m never coming back.

Julia is amazing! Always love my brows after she shapes and tints them. She is my go to girl!

Got my lash extensions and refill here. I am happy with the results of my first appointment but not the refill. The refill fell out after about 1 week. I also had to mention the tech had her phone out and it kept buzzing and texting during my appointment. Very unprofessional.

Jenna is the absolute best. I have had so many bad experts lashes in the past with other places and was worried to try again, but Jenna made me feel comfortable and always does an excellent job

I think it’s time I give this place a review. Been going to this place for years to get my eyelash extensions done and I have stayed with them since. I have tried numerous places and have gone through many eyelash techs — only to end up disappointed. I have no complaints and I’ve been happy with the quality of lashes and glue that they use. Place is clean and staff are friendly. I’m glad I was able to find and try out Kate — she’s awesome! Her eyelash mapping and application are. The best part is, she has light hands and I did not even feel a thing. Thanks, Kate!

This is my fourth time coming here to get semi perm, micro blade powder, eyebrows with Giselle. They come out perfect each time!

Not worth the money, there are other good vendors in the area, please save yourself from these people.

I got an eyelash lift here and was very disappointed. My friend had recommended it as she got an eyelash lift and loved it. So we decided to go together to get one and both came out of it seeing little to no difference in our eyelashes. The lift was minimal and my friend said it was not at all like what she had received before. Money down the drain essentially.

Svitlana is the best aesthetician in the city! She is great at eyebrows I would 100% recommend her to anyone! Seriously she is really talented and skilled and will make you beautiful

Amazing service at the beauty house! The people were super friendly and kind and very welcoming. I highly recommend! I got a hydra facial and it was so comforting, so many different steps and techniques to get the best result. I’ve been a client at Beauty House for a number of years now and have ways found their aestheticians to be very skilled at their craft. I’ve only been to the Fort York location and that’s always a lovely experience. I was in recently for lash extensions with Jenna. This was my first appointment with her but I left completely satisfied with the lash work I had done and even more so with the care she (and the team) took in making me feel completely at ease after calling in to make a special request beforehand. Highly recommend!

I went there to get eyebrows shaping and tinting. Alina did a great job with her recommendation as well (I didnt have any reference to show her, was looking for ideas). My eyebrows looked beautiful and very natural. Will be booking it again with her.

I had a classic eyelash extensions service with a lovely eyelash technician who had recently immigrated from Ukraine. The service was quick, relaxing and comfortable! She gave me exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be returning!

I used to go to this place despite last minute cancelkations, some rude staff and inapproprate time calling because it was vlise to my home.
Today I booked my next appointment and a lady called while I was in meeting (and this has hapoened many times, they call and even do not ask if it's appropriate time for me to talk), in very rude and imploite voice she told if the intervals between my appointments is more than 4 weeks I have to book initial appointment and not refill, no matter what the status of my lashes, I said I won't come again and cancel my appointment. I will rather go somewher more expensive and farther but a place they respect me and my time.

Eh nothing special. They definitely are stingy with how many lashes they place. Even with a volume style lash extension service it was giving classic. They aren’t placed on properly/ on every lash and fall out is way faster than any lash tech I’ve gone to before.

Got my brows laminated here. First thing I realized when I got home was that she didn’t trim them, but I thought “okay, no big deal. I’ll trim them myself”. Then the bigger issues came: my brows felt so hard and crispy (pretty sure they were over processed), and they hurt a lot too. I’m also noticing that my brows are a lot thinner and sparse following her service. I’ve gotten my brows laminated before by another place and I had no issues. I reached out to Jenna, letting her know of my experience and that this did not happen in the past with another technician at another place, and she left me on read (still no response from her). For that reason, I would not recommend The Beauty House Toronto.

I’ve been going to The Beauty House since my close friend recommended it 10 months ago. I see Jenna for my lash refills every two weeks and am incredibly satisfied with her work. She is super friendly, professional and always makes sure I am happy with my lashes each time.

I have been going to the beauty house on and off for a few years. Recently I have been doing my lashes with Jenna and I love the way she does mine. She is meticulous and a perfectionist. Each visit we see if any changes are needed and she adjusts my lash style.

The lash retention is much longer than what I can remember from my past experiences.

Jenna is great and would recommend her to anyone looking for a lash technician.

Highly recommend Jenna for eyelash extensions! I have sensitive eyes and have struggled to avoid reactions with eyelash extensions, Jenna has accommodated my sensitivity and I have never had a reaction with her lash application! She always makes my lashes look amazing with full volume while also being so comfortable with no irritation!

I’ve been coming here for the past year for eyelash extensions. Its very clean and the staff are all very professional and friendly. I’ve been doing hybrid lashes with Kate and she does an amazing job every time. I ask for a “natural” look and I always leave happy:)

I called in the morning to find out what time my order would be ready, then I came in the evening to pick up my order and for the whole day you could not prepare my order (one jar of sugar paste not huge order, isn’t) ? Why didn't you call and say you didn't have enough time to prepare my order? It’s not big deal if you told me came to the next day. Some people don’t have 30 min of waiting time this is why they’ve ordered online

I did order online some product. Two days later I still didn’t get any notification about my order. I was calling them and they said me I can coming any time to pick up my order. When I arrived in the evening my order was still not ready. Although I called in the morning and they said you can come at any time.moreover, they administrator told me that you need to wait 30 minutes and you can do it somewhere in the nearest coffee shop.

Go with Svitlana. She's fast, professional and pain is dramatically reduced with her technique.
The best sugaring in town.

This was my first time coming to The Beauty House (downtown) as I wasn’t really happy with my brows and wanted to try somewhere new. I can honestly say I’ve never been happier with my brows after a tint and shape. Jenna listened to me and did exactly what I wanted! She’s incredible and I will definitely be back again. Also, the staff are super friendly which is a great bonus. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!

I’ve been going to see Jenna here for lash extensions and brow shaping for a few months now and cannot say anything but great things! My lashes always look amazing and I get so many compliments. They also last very well in between fills. My brows always look awesome after my appointments too. Nothing but positive experiences to date!

Everything about The Beauty House will make you want to come back. The friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere and fair prices are just a few of my reasons, I choose this location every month! I always book with Jenna and I'm NEVER disappointed! My retention is always great and I always feel like a new person walking out of this salon!

Overall, I was disappointed with the end result. This was my first ever time doing this, and definitely won't be doing it again.
Their front desk customer service was wonderful.they were very welcoming, and took good care of me. They offered slippers upon entry and provided a space to leave your coat for winter time.
I got the eyebrow shaping and tinting service. I asked for a natural look and circular brows (with a light tinting because I have naturally dark eyebrows).
They are a shade darker than they were before (which is already pretty dark), and they are uneven. The right brow is now noticeably shorter than the left (she waxed too much from the middle). She also made the tint a straight line in the middle, even though I had asked for it rounded for a more natural look.
During the services she did not really talk to me at all, other than to compliment what beautiful eyebrows I had.
There was also a lady that came by to take promotional photos. She didn't initially tell me what they were for, only asked if she could take a photo. She stayed for almost the whole session even taking very close up photos. I tried to joke and break the ice with her a couple times but she didn't really talk to me either.
Definitely won't be doing this again ever. I rated 2 stars since they were very friendly, beautiful studio and great front desk service.

I was nervous to try eyelash extensions because I wasn't sure how they would turn out and wasn't sure if it would be worth the price. For my birthday I treated myself and went to The Beauty House and got synthetic mink lashes. The staff helped me pick out a style, did my treatment and did an amazing job - and I'm not one to let just anyone touch my face. They are professional and personable. Really easy to have a conversation with them while getting treated. I have been twice now and can't see myself going anywhere else!

I made an appointment for a microdermabrasion facial and I’m so glad I did! When I arrived, the salon was definitely prepared for the COVID situation that we are being challenged with. I was greeted and my temperature was taken, touchless hand sanitizer was provided and a pair of sanitized slippers were provided. I then had a seat while I waited for my appointment. When I entered my appointment, the environment was very zen and relaxing. The entire facial was fantastic and refreshing; my face felt cleansed and anew when I was done. I strongly recommend this beauty bar for all your needs! They are very professional and attentive. Can’t wait to go back for another facial or to try something new!

The Beauty House Downtown has been an amazing place for me! I’ve had my lashes done three times now and they look amazing. I love that the spa is clean, the staff is always professional! They got to know exactly what I wanted and what would work with my lashes. I have gotten soooooooo many compliments on my lashes. They don’t look overdone or fake. Kate has done them each time and she does an amazing job. I highly recommend her and the Beauty House! Today I even got my brows done! Amy did her magic and made them great! A little wax, a little tint, and they look incredible.

Rumina did a full set of classics for me and they are stunning. I have gotten so many compliments on them! Amazing retention as well. She was very professional and sweet. The girls at the front desk were also lovely. Would 100% recommend this place!

I have tried a number of different salons for my bikini wax, and I am so happy to have found the beauty house! I’ve never been so impressed with a waxing (sugaring, in this case) experience before. The prices are amazing (with a special discount for first time visitors, and a great package deal for returning), and the staff is friendly and professional. It’s a great environment, and in the perfect location for me! Forever a loyal customer to this salon.

My favourite place for lashes! I used to live right beside it, but even when I moved over an hour away I still continued to do the drive to come here. All the lash girls have been awesome and do an amazing job. I sometimes don’t know my exact schedule and as such would go to many of the girls based on ‘crap I have to fly out in 2 days I need lashes now! ’ Was never disappointed, even with new technicians ️

The worst microblading eyebrows. I am left with blocks and Very dark eyebrows and no chance of reversal. This was a coverup of very light thin brows. I am traumatized by this experience and the beauty house has yet to reach out to me to in this difficult time.
* they contacted my daughter only to give a refund of the service once. Unfortunately they will not help with my year treatments of laser removal for this horrific job. I have no chance.of reversal and this has really ruined my life.

It was my first time ever getting anything done on my body and I've never stepped foot in a salon before so it was nerve-wracking. I got a lash lift & tint and it came out beautifully. The lash technician was very gentle and took her time during the process. The finished product looked even better than I expected and now I feel more confident!:) Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The worst eyelash extensions I have done! I never been disappointed about eyelash extensions experience!
I have done extensions for 8 years, I know what’s the different between natural and volume, but how come the result looks neither natural or volume?
I booked natural dream set for first customer, and the staff didn’t even ask me about style, and the work chairs between chairs is so crowd, when I lie down, I feel like being be hit all the time!
Today they ask me if I like the extensions, I told the girl I’m very unsatisfied, after that, they said they will give me 20% off if I go back and re do, seriously? If customer already unsatisfied with the service and get mad, who will go back again?
Plz DO NOT go there if you don’t want to pay money and get mad
How could they always emphasize that they are one of the number one salons in Toronto but didn’t really want to remedy their unpleasant work techniques?
I done eyelash dream set last week, and the pic which I took today, looks so awful and it cost almost 120? (Yes, I tipped)

I love my lashes. The lady who did them did an amazing job. My only complaint is about a week ago I had got my lashes done for the first time. Within 3 days half the lashes on my right eye had fallen off and I looked ridiculous. My left eye looked great well my right eye had hardly any lashes. I payed over 100 dollars to get the lashes on then had half of them fall out within 3 days, then I payed 80 dollars to get a refill and when I went to pay the lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice and when I didn’t have the right amount of change she told me I was missing just a dollar, and as I was looking for the rest of my money she said that i was missing 5 dollars and had quite an attitude when she said it. I love the salon but I’m disappointed.

Liz was the staff I booked. Lack of care, professionalism and customer service was what I received. I booked Chin sugaring online. My skin is extremely sensitive. Liz had no clue on sugaring - Why will beauty house online booking reserve a staff that is not trained? Liz also said she could only do threading. A week later, I'm still dealing with the after effect of the terrible job she did. She kept pulling my skin with the thread, creating bumps and blisters, then brushing off the situation by saying she was in a hurry.

Excuse the long review. I have gone to Beauty House a few times previously, but this will be my last visit. After no regular technicians were available, I was assigned to a trainee technician to be a 'model' at a discount. She took a much longer time than regular and the process was far from relaxing. The discounted price was half off. The next day the majority of the lashes on one eye had fallen off.

When it began looking awful, I called to ask if they could fix the lashes and was told that as I was a model and signed an agreement, I would have to pay full price for a fill. The total price being higher than what I would have paid had they assigned me a trained technician in the first place. I understand that I did agree to be a model, however, this is poor business practice. The onus should not be on the customer if the quality is this far below professional. I will not be going there in the future and would recommend other lash enthusiasts to find a business that cares about keeping their customers.

I absolutely adore this place! It is by far the best place for lashes in the GTA. All of the technicians are well-trained and skilled and the products used are of highest quality. Their booking system is super easy and convenient and they have great availability! I highly recommend this place for eyelashes axtensions and other beauty services offered. These guys never disappoint:)

I had a terrible experience getting my eyelashes done here. Wanted to try a more expensive place and see if the high price you pay = better quality but in this case it was not.

I decided to try their Russian 3D volume lash for my first time because I usually do classic and it was a huge mistake. Fine it was full but it was totally uneven and it looked like a caterpillar was on my eye. I had a wedding to go to the next weekend and my eyes looked crazy. Usually you disperse the lashes so that they are even throughout but I had some super full spots with like 5-6 lashes on them (when it should have been max 3, cause 3D lashes.) and some spots where multiple of my OWN lashes were glued together leaving gaps?

I had to call in to tell them I wanted them fixed the next day and they first told me I had to PAY them to fix them. I was so shocked I just refused to do that because it was their mistake. After talking with the lady on the phone she agreed I could come in to fix it. I was hoping I’d get a new girl who was more experienced but no. They put me with the same rookie who messed up my lashes in the first place, this time she had to pull apart my lashes that she glued together and I cried and it was painful AF. I was nice and didn’t say anything during the whole process because she clearly could see my crying but didn’t care.

One week later: complete fallout and I’m walking around with some messed up lashes. I contact them again, get the same girl who is clearly not qualified AGAIN. And walk out after my third appointment with messed up lashes that took me 8 months to get back to how they were before.

The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because at least they did “try” to help me even though they ruined my lashes completely.

Other than that, don’t even bother coming here. I wasted a couple hundred dollars just to wreck my lashes. I even tipped every appointment because I felt bad for making her do it again. I didn’t feel bad anymore after seeing what she did to my lashes.

The gentleman here did my lips and did a terrible uneven job. I would not recommend this place for lips. They were overfilled and looked terrible and lumpy. I had to get the dissolved somewhere else.
