The worst.
The women who work their are fine, but two of the male employees? One walks around barking like he is doing you a favour by allowing you into a speakeasy during prohibition. I kid you not. The blond guy? When he isn't outside smoking, I never see him. Both unbelievably rude. It always smells and run down. I rather go to the LCBO and will. It never changes at this location.

Wonderful experience of their customer service i got from here, the amazing Jessie made my day. She agreed to help me exchange my Kronenbourg 24 case over the phone right away. Went ahead and look for their stock before I even arrive. She then helped me further by calling other stores to locate the variety that I needed and even provided me useful information about their app too. This is some extraordinary customer caring that rare to receive nowadays. I'm very grateful!
