Great place with home cooked meals my favourite is the meatloaf, buffalo bill wrap, or hot hamburger when on special but the ribs or bowl of chilli is always good too. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are always friendly! It is worth the drive to Pefferlaw

We came to this city for sugar shack experience and everyone was so hungry afterwards. Found this place and everything was awesome! All tasted great with warm service! Highly recommend!

Service here is second to none. Each and every time (been here around 20 times), the service is impeccable. Food used to be good prior to the pandemic. Now, you’re going to get tasteless deep fried everything. There is no care for what comes out of the kitchen. No consistency either. One time you’ll get 5 of something, the next 12, then the next, 7. Come for the drinks and the fantastic service.

Great menu something for everyone. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was beyond my expectations. Friendly and warm and the prices are affordable. Try it and enjoy. Thank yoi all for a great night. Oh by the way check out the Thursday night open Mike. Check for dates.

EDIT: since my first review we have been to this restaurant a few more times. As a result: I am upping my 3 star to a 4 star. Fajita situation hasn't changed. Service and foods are still good. Price point vs serving size is good.

FIRST REVIEW: Chicken fajita with hubby! Came out sizzling which I'd almost prefer not happen because you spend the next few minutes moving the food around trying to prevent it from burning when I'd much rather be digging in. Don't give enough cheese nor enough salsa. I'm really not sure if its salsa? Service was good. Food arrived to the table in what I felt was a reasonable amount of time.

Just found out The Belvedere is open on Tuesdays! Our dinner was so delicious and service was excellent. Staff was so friendly to my family and especially my grandchildren. I will definately give them my patronage again! Thank you!

The atmosphere and service were great. Unfortunately, the food isn’t very good. It would be a great place to just have a drink.

It may not be for everyone, but I like the relaxed ranch style atmosphere. I also love how the Belvedere goes above and beyond in decorating the restaurant for every holiday and season.

This is a fantastic restaurant option for Pefferlaw. They offer plenty of comfort food in a beautifully renovated historical pub. The decor is lots of wood with a wild bill style look. Not pretentious but fancy enough for a party or family meal. My personal favourite meal is liver and onions, because I just can't be bothered cooking it for myself and they do a much better job. Hubby's favourite is the meatloaf. They also offer daily specials that are always excellent too.

Good hearty fresh, potions of foods, so delicious. Great choice of cold beers to choose from. Friendly local staff. Very good vibe and ambiance. Lots of parking.support our local restaurants

I honestly didnt give this place much hope, but let me tell you, what a surprise! The food was really good and the staff was super friendly. Loved it. Best little kept secret north of the GTA
