First time here, awesome experience, great food and service. The brunette bread was the best we ever had Highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure.
We stopped for a caffeine break and thought this looked like a good option given most places were closed Sunday. Upon entry, my elderly, disabled Mother was yelled at to close the door before she even had a chance to enter. Next, we placed an order to go and waited awkwardly as we had no direction on what to do while we waited. I took my two young kids to an empty area so we weren't in the way and were "greeted" by a glaring older man. My son spotted a map and wanted to know where Ohio is, so we walked over and pointed out various locations. After a few minutes, the older man yells at us" You can't touch the map". We didn't touch the map but not wanting to be rude we walked away saying we didn't touch the map and he said "You are lying and we don't want you touching anything in here". We were shocked and so were two other customers waiting. Even after backing away he still kept yelling at us, making my kids sad. A waitress approached us to pay without bothering to give us our order. Another customer showed us where the order was so we thanked them, picked it up and left the awful place. Go here if you want terrible customer service and self guided orders. -5 stars.
Poor customer service. Staff did not seem to notice that we were there, and seemed slightly annoyed by our presence. Had to request a water refill after watching customers who were seated after us get pitchers of water. Not to mention, after reading this place's reviews, I regret even considering supporting this business. Do not recommend.
