I never post any reviews, but if anyone is looking for a moving company, I would not hesitate to recommend The Big Box Moving Company. From the intake process with Angel to the movers, they are the consummate professionals.

There was some small damages that were suffered to our toddler's play kitchen which was not enough for insurance to cover. Jacky covered the cost out of pocket to ensure a happy customer.

I cannot recommend checking this place out enough, and if I ever had to move again it would be a no brainer to give them a call!

We have been moving a lot (7 times in last 10 years and have hired different conpanies). Our friend suggested this company as they had great experience with them.
By far, this is the best company someone can hire. They are super fast, zero wasting time (and I really mean it), and helpful in placing heavy furnitures in right rooms. They were on time and moved our 3 bedroom house in 4 hours (load and unload) with total care!

Excellent service. We had Benny and Sam move us and honestly I have never seen anyone work so hard in my entire life. They really hustled to get us moved and moved quickly. They took great care of our stuff didn’t even scuff a wall or damage a single thing. You would think paying a moving company by the hour that they would take their time but not these guys. Also, we moved from Barrie to Keswick and we got two other quotes to hire movers. The Big Box Moving Company was 1/3 of the price of the other companies which made me uneasy at first (just because of the price different) but honestly they were incredible. They made everything seamless and put us at ease! Incredible job guys! If and when we move again, we will be calling you!

Spoke with Jacky as he coordinated the moving details for my fiance and I (from condo to townhouse). Despite the delays caused by the building/property management, the movers were extremely patient and also very quick. Their mover, Ace, was an absolute all star. Very accommodating and also made sure that our furniture was wrapped securely and moved safely.
Strongly recommend these guys.

These people are really fantastic! We moved from our condo to a storage locker today, and they were efficient, prepared with all the tools to not only move but also to dissemble furniture that we didn't have time to dissemble ourselves. They didn't break any thing and didn't scratch our floors or the elevator.

Their fees are truly very reasonable. I recommend paying in cash!

It was my 1st time using this moving company. Two guys moved everything in 16" feet truck quickly within 2 hours. Not just fast and professional, more effective and efficient! Highly recommended!

We were so pleased with the experience we had with the movers from Big Box today. They were very friendly, polite people, they worked very quickly, and carefully packed up and unpacked our things. They made sure my Mom was happy with where they were putting things and that everything was exactly where she wanted it. We would definitely use them again.

This is our second time moving with The Big Box. They did not let us down. They were beyond our expectation. Ace is a Superman. He did not rest at all. I still can't believe how he can carry such big furniture alone. All of his crew members were so kind and hard working. We referred it to many of our friends and we will be hiring them again. Big Box Movers came early and did a quick walk through to assess the amount of work. Movers were careful and made sure everything that needed to be moved was neatly organized on the truck and dropped off at the proper location. Guys were curtious and worked like a well oiled machines. Will definitely recommend Big Box Moving!

The Big Box Moving company helped us move out of our old condo into our new condo in downtown Toronto yesterday. They were so quick, friendly, efficient, and charged a fair price. Overall just super nice and hard working guys! Would 100% recommend them if you are looking for movers in Toronto.

I used the Big Box Moving Company for my move last week and I couldn't be happier with their service! They responded to my inquiry promptly and their prices are the best in the GTA. They arrived on time and were so efficient and hard working. They carefully wrapped fragile items and took extra care to ensure that nothing got damaged.

Once Again Excellent service! It was a 10h move in -25 degrees. The guys were awesome and smiling until the last minute.

I feel these five star reviews are fake. We booked them for Feb 26 morning and they were a complete no show. We called them and message them multiple times and they aren’t answering. We now need to scramble to find other movers and need to pay premium for being last minute.

I would recommend to stay away from this company as they might no show on you too.
