I believe I spoke with the owner. I only came in for a new tube, but he was really helpful and informative. Good inventory and cool looking shop.

Great Bike Shop. After much shopping around, we bought our ebikes there 3 years ago. The staff is quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. We take them in for yearly service and the bike mechanics are top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my bike to this store with an issue. I talked to the owner, I explained that I snapped my chain I bought a new chain and my gears are still skipping. He suggested a full tune up. He did not relay my issues to his mechanics. They did what was asked of them but because they weren't told about my issues they m
issed diagnosing my cassette as the issue. I was offered my money back if I am not happy with the work his guys did but it wasn't there fault it was his. He told me a full tune up would fix my bike but it didn't. If I talked to one of his guys they would of directed me to the cassette area of the store I would of installed it myself and saved 150 dollars unfortunately it was only the owner of the store there. Will not be going back to this store.

The Bike Garage made choosing an electric bike so easy. I had many questions and all were answered easily by Tusia. My bike was ready the next morning with all my extra accessories already added. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. I don’t live in the area but after to speaking to Tusia by phone I felt the drive was worth it. So happy to have done business with the The Bike Garage. Thanks to all staff who worked so effortlessly on getting my bike ready so quickly for me.

Al and Tusia were wonderful. They took time to go over each bike in length and stayed late after store hours to help us get our bike purchase completed.
Al walked me through the installation of my new bike rack and Tusia helped my wife pick out some new gear.
This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Al and Tusia seemed like old friends from the first time we met and we really enjoyed doing business with them.
We chose The Bike Garage after many people online referred them and since it was a large purchase we made the trip from Barrie to Lindsay and we are so glad we did.

The best bike buying experience I've had. My partner and I went shopping for e bikes, and the Bike Garage had a great selection. The staff were very knowledgeable and took lots of time with us, explaining the bikes and addressing our specific requests thoroughly. Not only did we end up with bikes we are very happy with, we feel very good about having the Bike Garage as the place we will go for maintenance and repair. This a great place to buy your bike (s). We shopped around in 2020 and ended up buying one ebike from Al and staff because of their friendly attitude and knowledge.
In 2021 we bought another ebike so I could keep up with the wife. Again The Bike Garage got our business.

Absolutely excellent service. We purchased two e-bikes from The Bike Garage based upon the advice which they provided. They asked pertinent questions to understand our needs. The end result was perfect.

A followup visit to help us with a few adjustments was well-done. Not only were our issues addressed, but they pointed out, and addressed, a few other things which we had not noticed.

I double flatted well north of civilization, but I knew my brevet route was headed through Lindsay. I spoke with the people at Bike Garage and arranged payment for tubes and organized after hours pickup. It took a lot of stress away knowing I had a safety net ahead and I wouldn't have to finish the back half of my day depending on others (or my patch kit). Thanks!

Great bike store! Was really happy with the service and covid measures. Would never have found this gem if there wasn't a bike shortage in the city - luckily only an hour away was The Bike Garage and had a kids bike the size I needed!

A great store with the absolute best staff!

My Scott Foil bike was in need of tires and new clipless pedals and these guys were fantastic! Eric the head mechanic was full of knowledge and suggestions. He took my bike right over like it was his own and had it ready in no time.

I also had a size issue with some kits and the kindest lady Tusia was fantastic with my returns.

I cannot recommend these guys enough!

The most amazing experience I've had with the bike shop. The staff is really friendly and I left informed about my bike, with correct bike fitting, and since I'd never ridden a gravel bike before, they also taught me how to shift gears.

My wife and I had not been on bicycles in well over 10 years, we were considering e-bikes which I had been thinking about for over a year but had no idea what to really look for. We had been to one other dealer that didn’t provide a lot of insight before coming to the Bike Garage. Stopping in turned out to be a great decision. Al, Tusia and the Erics spent all the time needed with us to find bikes that are right for our wants & needs. We wound up getting 2 bikes that we have had for a couple of weeks now and the more we ride the more we are reassured they are perfect for us. From the selection available on site, the ability to test ride various models in their parking lot to fitting us out with everything we need to get going, their advice and trustworthy opinions really helped us get a couple of bikes that we are more than comfortable with and looking forward to enjoying for years to come!

Great experience provided by Allen, Tusia and Eric! Been dreaming of a fat bike for years, now I am the proud owner of bright green 4.8 inch tire all terrain beauty! Plus a nifty red back light with lasers to show cars the minimum berth they need to provide the bike rider, first time seeing this type of back light.

A joyful boutique experience for a first time fat bike buyer, they were friendly and patient in equal measure. Great vibe at this place!

Talk about the benefits of shopping local. These folks know bikes and are honest, friendly, and responsive. I went in with my son's bike (had a mionor mechancial). It was fixed on the spot by two techs. I wanted to buy a couple of accessories and they provided some candid feedback on suitability of one of them (I avoided spending money I didn't need to). Not to mention, the shop is extremely easy to get in and out of - and you can even demo a bike in their massive parking lot.
