I must say that I drove 4 hours round trip just to go to this bike shop.the bike zone. The best experience I have ever had at a bike shop. It was like the angels were singing. Haha. I could not believe the amount of bicycles and accessories that was available in this store. If you are intending on buying a bicycle and you go to this store and leave without a new bike. It’s only because you really did not intend to buy one at all.
Darian the young salesman. That I’m sure I put through a little bit of hell dealing with me. Was great. Stand up young man with an abundance of knowledge and respect. The rest of the people working in the store we’re also very helpful. I bought my first brand new bicycle and I’m 55.
If I ever get near this store again. I will make a point of stopping by. Merry Christmas to all of them and thanks again

Great customer service. I changed my mind on an online order and they cancelled it no questions asked, but also offered technical advice to try to help me pick the right product.

I bought my bike here payed $899, only 3 months later had brake problems they fixed it but demanded I payed (Even though I was under warranty). Its suppose to be a durable MTB and I only ride street. Now its been 1 year since I bought my mountain bike and the brakes have completely failed on me. They are asking for $250 for a repair (more than 1/4 of the price I payed for the new bike a year ago). This is ridiculous.

WOW! What a great bike shop. Lots of inventory and their sales personnel are very knowledgeable and not pushy. And, let me praise their service centre: Peter is WONDERFUL! Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and excellent at problem solving. All in spite of the fact that Jordan mentioned that Peter is also known as cute “pumpkin head”. All in good fun of course. What a great bunch of people! Happy that I bought my bike there and returned for their knowledgeable service.

Great experience. Great selection of bikes. Amazing service. My husband and I were looking for e- bikes and David took the time to show us and recommended us the most suitable options. David made sure we were happy and helped us until the bikes were safely locked to my bike car rack.

If you haven’t been to The Bike Zone yet and you’re an avid Cyclist, this place is a must check out. A huge selection of bicycles from low to high end. The customer service is like none other and I can’t say enough good things about my experience purchasing my latest bicycle their huge shout out to Jordan for all his support, you rock dude! I would give this place a 10 star rating, but it only goes to 5.

Purchased an alloy Transition Patrol frame this weekend, and have been dealing with TBZ for about a year now and have nothing but good things to say about everyone that works there, but especially jordan, knows what hes talking about and understands that having fun on a bike is what matters.

The Bike Zone has so much selection of bikes. The sales person Ivo was very knowledgeable and helpful when I bought my new bike. I recommend The Bike Zone for all your biking needs.

Update Aug 2021: downgraded review based on last visit. This time it was very difficult to find a bike locally, Upon purchasing 3rd bike here (!) this one their own branded “Sun something never heard of” for ~$1000. I asked the manager for a discount or accessory to be thrown in for my loyalty and large amount spent on 3 bikes. Not only did he refuse, he was offended and tossed a tiny little bell at me in disgust. What the! I had never dealt with the manager before. I can understand being rejected but his reaction was unexpected; as if it was a personal issue, it wasn’t. I will not likely return my next purchase, per other review there is a great shop near Burnhamthorpe/Mavis I will go to again.

Update Dec 2020: Went back to get another bike, this time a Kona Lanai in XS for a gift. Gentleman at the front desk pulled this one out of stock and it's perfect. Always very helpful and great service.

Original Review: Great buying experience, allowed me to test ride any bike I was interested in a very large lot behind the store. Prices were very competitive too. I'm very happy with my purchase. Have no experience with their mechanics yet.

Had a very good experience here last summer (2021) when I walked in to buy a bike. Good selection of bikes, knowledgeable staff (extremely over priced - sunpeed zero at 600 bucks which is normally sold for 300 anywhere outside canada, but that’s another story).

Walked in last month to get some repair work done and also get the bike serviced. Got the bike back after a full week with

1/ loose seat
2/ deflated tires
3/ grease all over the bike handles

Good friendly sales people when u walk in to buy something but third rate after sales support.

I bought a bike here it was a good experience and now i came to true my rear wheel and it would take the week after to do the job … wow i wasted my time today… this guy didnt even acknowledge my presence i was standing right beside him for 5 minutes just looked and me and said nothing… i wont be coming back anymore.thanks

Bought two MTBs there, some gear and a bike rack. Amazing service and helpful staff. Had my bikes serviced there and their staff went above and beyond to fix my bike on short notice. Really saved my weekend big time. Kudos to Seth for helping out.

Wow. I don't recall the last time I've had customer experience that came even close to what Ivo provided.

From the time I first spoke to him on the phone until we loaded my wife's new bike in the truck, Ivo was unbelievably friendly, helpful, and best of all chill. I think I ended up spending an extra $1000 because he didn't try to sell us on anything but, instead, let us ask the questions and left us to do our thing. I wish more people in retail would understand this.

Ivo was so awesome. Often times when you tell them your budget at these bike shops sales people make you feel bad. He was really patient and super helpful and informative. I road the bikes in the store which led me to figure out the Seat on the Legacy was super comfortable compared to the other bikes I road. Seat comfort was number 1 or 2 on my list for sure. I bought it and I'm really happy with my purchase. Amazing selection of bikes. Best in the GTA for sure.

The store is massive with an equally large inventory for all types of bikes. Given this, I was expecting the staff to be stuck-up. However, everyone was so nice and helpful, especially since I practically forgot everything there is about bikes.

I called almost every bike store in the GTA and only Bike Zone had the part I was looking for. Take that for what it is–it’s an excellent and in my opinion, the only true biking store in the area.

Yesterday had a broken spoke and being a great weather was important to get her done to be able to ride home. Naturally called first they were helpful so I droped by promptly. They were quick and very reasonable to get my broken spoke replaced in a hurry, especially like to thank to Peter in service he took care of my wheel in no time. Appreciate the great service and the reasonable pricing, just wanted to share it with others in case of doubt. Will be back all the best cheers

Kinda odd they don't off returns or exchanges due to "concerns for the safety of our customers" but then don't wear masks and are anti-Vaxxers lol. They can do whatever they want, I have no problem with it. But it seems like they're using covid to benefit whatever they want. Also charged me 20$ to tighten a bolt.

This place is amazing customer service. Samuel is the man! Very friendly and honest. Really tried hard to change my escooter tires and was successful! Thank you Sam!

Having had my first bike stolen i was to say the least disheartened - then a couple of weeks ago i wandered into The Bike Zone in Mississauga to be greeted by Dave and then ably assisted by Joe. They both made me feel at home gave me sound advise and shared their experience of cycling as it related to a relative novice like me. They made my time spending money an enjoyable one and i would happily recommend their service

Best bike shop in the GTA based on selection, expertise and exceptional customer service. Have tried other shops in the area - always return back to TBZ. Big shout out to the team for respecting our rights and freedoms and not following the other sheep.

Great selection of product!

I've used the bike maintenance and repair service here multiple times throughout the years, and there's a reason I keep going back despite other shops being closer. The staff members are courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely appear to be happy and enthusiastic about the work that they do.

Best of all though, is the honesty. If any work beyond the original quote needs to be done, you will get a call, and you will be given a list of recommended options, and its completely up to you if you want additional work done. If work doesn't need to be done right at that moment, you will be given a general idea of when the work will need to be done, as well as warning signs to look out for that indicate that an issue has gotten worse.

How the shop isnt rated 5/5 is beyond me. Huge shout out to Samuel for the amazing work he did fixing up my bike.

A really great place to shop for bikes and accessories. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful and informative. Every staff member worked hard to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Definitely will be returning for all my biking needs.

Filled with employees ignoring the mask mandate. Tried to charge me 120 bucks for a pair of brake pads. Drove a couple of minutes up the road to Skii's & Bikes where they sold me the exact same set of pads from the same manufacturer for less than half the price.

Nice selection of bikes, the sales guy I spoke with could have been hired from SportCheck the way he explained a few things to me (or didn’t) didn’t feel professional at all. I asked if I could finance the bike and he said that he doesn’t deal with that part of the sale.then proceed to make the deal and ask the front counter clerk if i could finance it, and he said only on bikes more than $2000 and that he couldn’t offer 0% financing. When on the site It doesn’t say anything about that. Then tells me to take a loan out from the bank?

I went here to have my new pedals installed. I called ahead and asked how much would they charge, the guy on the phone said it was $10 because the job wasn’t gonna be that complicated but when I went to pay they charged me $16 plus tax so about a little bit less than $20. I mean wth? The guy who installed the pedals didn’t even put grease on the pedals thread before installing them and then they charged me $20?

Also, non of them are wearing mask. No wonder this place is full of bikes in store, no one buys them.

Great place for bikes and they have wide selection to choose. Jordan is very help when we ask all the questions and very detailed with hes answer. Definitely will recommend this place.

Nice place to get a bike.lots of bikes and accessories. Customer service is very good. I purchased a bike and after few months had to replace front break cable. They replaced it for free.

I was not happy with water bottle for which money was refunded by IVO, without asking any questions. I am satisfied with customer service and appreciate immediate attention!

Evo is the Best! If you need any bike parts or looking for a new bike, please ask for Evo! He is the nicest and kindest person around and he is very knowledgeable with regards to bikes! This store is amazing for the people that love bikes. So many different types and brands of bikes. All of the staff were very nice and professional people. Best shopping experience. I recently purchased a bike from a large chain store and had to return it because it wasn't the right size for me. At the Bike Zone, everyone is knowledgeable and the customer service is outstanding. Damir has probably forgotten more about bikes than I'll ever know. He was extremely helpful. Nothing I asked for was a problem and they threw in some extras - a very nice touch. I highly recommend this store and I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Ordered a bike for my son's birthday and after waiting 4 days for a shipping notification, I sent them an email to check in. Well, a few hours later I received a separate template email that my order has been cancelled.
The site said there were 2 in stock when I placed my order. Did they turn around and sell it to someone else?

Love this place. The people who work here are helpful, knowledgeable and great to work with. Pricing is fair and they go above and beyond to make things right!

Awesome experience purchasing a bike from this store. It is my 2nd purchase and I always have a great experience. Ivo was helpful and helped me find a bike that suited my needs and price range. I asked tons of questions and he was able to answer all of them.

I had made the decision that I wanted to start riding a bike again so I went to The Bike Zone. Dave spent so much time with me to determine what was best for me and allowed me to test ride a couple. I was here a couple of days ago looking for a new bike. I didn't want to go here at first as I wanted to go to a closer store (Canadian Tire, Walmart.etc) since it's quite a drive from my location. But I had change of mind and I'm so glad I went to a specialty bike store like The Bike Zone. I walked in and I was swiftly assisted by a store associate named, Ivo, who was quickly able to pin point the product I wanted and all I told him was the manufacturer and model number and he was quick to show me which bike size is more suitable for me. He never pressured me into buying unnecessary options which I have experienced in the past (from a store employee) concerning my old bicycle. I did however, asked a few necessary accessories for my bike as I would need them for convenience. Ivo was able to show me which parts I needed for my bike and he was also able to had them install in their in-store workshop. Ivo was also kind enough to show me how to remove the front wheel and as well as assist me in putting my new bike in my car. Props to Ivo for showing the world how a store associate should provide service to a customer. As for the store, they certainly have more attractive and affordable bicycles compared to other specialty stores in the city; they sell popular brand names, accessories, clothings, and a wide range of bicycles for everyday commute, to riding up rough terrain, and racing for tournaments. I love the fact it didn't took them long to install the parts I asked for my new bike.

The Bike Zone alone is a solid place to grab any road bike mtb or gear pertaining to the sport. One associate that truly made my experience worth while was Lui. Friendly, humble, and someone with alot of experience when helping choose a bike. I made the transition into road cycling from mtb and cannot stop thanks to Lui and the awesome crew at Bike Zone.

Decided to visit this store on friend's recommendation. Selection in the store is huge and if you are not an expert it is hard to find what exactly do you want/need. We decided to buy 2 mountain bikes, and with Ivo's help purchase was a breeze. We ended up purchasing Krypronite locks, helmets and lights as well. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are purchasing a bicycle

Purchased a bike at The Bike Zone in Mississauga Saturday and the experience was amazing. Was in the market for a hybrid bike and Dave the sales associate walked me through all the considerations based on my needs and took the time to make sure I had all the information required. Basically took care of everything.

Not honest about their pricing. Told me new brake installation will cost $45. Ended up with a $100 bill. This was despite repeatedly asking them about the total cost.

Most stocked bike shop I have ever seen! Largest show room too! Bought a couple of Thomson stem front covers (Red and Blue). Nice talking to these fellows about vintage bikes! Great experience.

Just called this place and I must say their customer service is up there with the best of them.
I know, I have done forms of retail all my life.

Have now purchased two bikes from this location. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. My wife and I toured nearly every notable bike shop in Toronto looking for her hardtail, and it was not just finding the bike she wanted at Bike Zone that brought us to buy the bike, but the experience we received when there. This will continue to be our go to shop. Not to mention they have no shortage of bikes, apparel, and accessories to browse through, most of which are on some sort of sale, which is always appreciated.

It was an amazing experience looking around the shop at all the bikes. I want to thank Hugo, for recommending me the bikes that I would use for my style of riding. He informed me of what was good and what wasn’t. If you ever need anything bmx related, Hugo is the man!

This is my third purchase from Bike Zone. For the first 2 purchases i was assisted by Jeff. Jeff is an excellent sales person with great personality and amazing customer service.

This time I had an opportunity to communicate with another sales person - Ivelin Marinov.
Ivelin is an experienced, knowledgeable, very patient and just a nice person.
He knows how to listen and what are the the customer's needs and knows what to suggest and how to find exactly what you need.
I was impressed and do not regret dealing with Ivelin. I am very thankful for helping me to choose the bike I purchased. I love it!

This is my favourite store although it is located far away from my house and work. This store has an excellent stock of bikes for any level and for everyone.

My husband and I have been here a few times for different things - the service is always good, the guys in the shop are great and the selection is on point. I like that they carry a lot of different brands and styles to cater to everyone's needs. This is also one of the biggest bike shops I've been to so if you're looking for variety it's a great spot!
