The Bloom Coffee

First time trying The Bloom Coffee and was so impressed! They were open on Christmas Day and were not expecting to be busy so were initially short-staffed but the service was still great! The chef was so kind and the food was incredible (falafels not in the photo but they were sooo good)! We loved the lemon and mango mojitos as well, so refreshing. Would recommend for anyone looking to try it!

Please check your bill. For 2 ppl, 5% gratuity was added, along with a ‘rounding adjustment’ which was not rounding to the nearest dollar- it was over $1. We were not given the bill upfront to review these extra charges. Everything should be disclosed up front like the 5% added gratuity - which there is no reason to add on a table with 2 ppl when there were only a few other ppl there, and the rounding adjustment is just nonsense. The service could be improved a lot as well.

Came in on a Saturday evening. Just ordered two black teas and a shisha. If you are okay with waiting 30-40 minutes for your order this is the place for you. If not don’t bother wasting your time. They seem to only prioritize certain customers who are regulars and forget the rest. The service is very unorganized. Was really looking forward to it but unfortunately had to walk out from the lack of attention and service. Also smoothie area and food are VERY DIRTY. Be careful.

First visit and had only a cappuccino (very nice) but going back to try breakfast next. Lovely bright shop with a pleasant vibe.

MUST TRY! The food was 10/10 and the service was amazing. The whole staff is really sweet specially the owner!:) Very peaceful vibes inside but I’ll say it again: the food was SO GOOD! We got the bloom burger and fajita wraps - YUMMY!
Affordable too so 100% recommend it:)

Nothing special about this place. Ambiance is ok so they get a 2 star. Otherwise food not good, shakes are awful. Didn’t want to try anything else and waste more money. Over all not returning to this place and will be avoiding.

Such nice staff, easy to relax and enjoy some great chicha and a good coffee or tea. If you want a great place to wind down from life, go there: you will thank me

We ordered the beef steak and it was delicious. The California drink was also tasty. The space is very welcoming and the service was wonderful. They have offers on different days so keep an eye out for them.

Ordered an iced coffee with a flavour shot to go. Ridiculously expensive for an iced coffee and you could not even taste the flavor.

Little tucked away cafe with Sheesha. Service and Sheesha is alright, could be a little more premium for what you pay, but it's a clean and generally quiet establishment. The seating isn't all that comfortable, but a nice place for a cup of coffee and some conversation:)

Everything is fine here also, the staff are very helpful and respectful I like their food so tasty

Wrap was overloaded with salt, could have made a better burger at home with read-made patties. Not impressed.

Absolutely worst “cafe” I’ve been to - the customer service is horrid, the food is terrible (stale & reheated), the servers have no clue about the menu, to be completely fair, I don’t even know why we came down. My friend & I were all about supporting small but with the attitude & being asked to leave because they were to cater a larger group, even though there’s free tables just show.

Friendly staff, but they struggled to communicate in English. Espresso machine on the counter doesn’t work, instead they are using Nescafé pods to pull shots and adding milk froth made from the actual espresso machine to make latte. Cannot justify paying $7+ tax for a latte made from Nescafé pods. If you are looking for shisha and some fast food, you can go there. We wouldn’t be back.

Loved my food and customer service at the bloom coffee.nice and peaceful place to sit and enjoy a meal with friends and family.i am looking forward to try their breakfast.and share my experience with everyone.

Probably one of the best place to have shisha. It's so nice and so bright and their flavours were so good and unique. I had the relaxer drink and it was a mix between cranberry coconut water and it was so good. The service was also great. We went before they officially opened and we will definitely be visiting again. Definitely try this place!

Very great place! Their breakfast options are delicious and their drinks are so refreshing. The prices are also great and is overall a great place if you are looking for a nice place to relax and socialize.

Amazing food and service specially the crep never enjoyed as much as i had in this lounge I strongly recommend them for anybody

The service here is always amazing, the staff are super accommodating and nice. The karak chai tea pot is my favourite.

I want to recommend this place, it was very nice to spend time with friends, drink a very good coffee and also to smoke shisha, staff is very friendly. We will come back more, and more times
