Arrived right on time for my appointment, was checked in after only a short wait in line, and barely had time to sit down before being called in. Staff members were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was an all ‘round excellent experience.
Everyone that I had any interaction with was very friendly. I was taken in quickly and the technician was very informative and also had a few great tips when performing the procedure. Will definitely continue going here in future!
The entire staff was amazing and ladies who performed my scans were very gentle and accommodating with both my body limitations and my time constraints
The staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The problem is the 2 hour and 15 minute wait. A solution could be to make appointments for X-rays instead of walk in. If staffing or equipment is the problem then that MUST be fixed. No one has time for that kind of a wait. Pretty unacceptable in the 21st century.
I had an amazing experience with my pelvic/ internal ultrasound. The technician was patient and compassionate. She walked me through each step and provided clear direction.

It was very busy with long waiting times (2hrs). I had an appointment, so only waited a few minutes before I was called. The technician was professional and very kind.
I have never been for a x-ray where it was so fast form the time I walked into the place I was there 10mins total form check in to walking out the door and the staff were so nice and friendly
The technician that did my first mammogram was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. It was a bit awkward but wasn’t even uncomfortable really. And certainly not painful as some people say, although I know everyone’s experience can be very different. I was stressing about getting this done and turns out it was easy. She was very experienced and professional.
I went today for my X-ray, after waiting for hours when my chance came I was taken inside and let me tell you how rude that lady was. She won’t do my X-ray again just because I forgot to take out something and was making frustrating noise when I was taking some time getting ready for the X-ray.
Went in for X-ray. One receptionist in particular (East Indian?) was especially kind. My requisition form was cut off at the bottom so my doctor’s signature wasn’t showing. She asked me to find my email and forward it to them so she could print it out properly. It took 5 minutes to solve the problem! The technician who did my x-ray was also super friendly. Very happy with them!
The professionals and staff were very efficient polite knowledgeable. For an office that is overrun with patients, the staff and professionals carried themselves so well. Always polite and courteous and getting the job done. I am very impressed. I was there for about 1.5 hours, so long enough to see many interactions. I so appreciate your dedication and hard work in such a stressful environment. Thank you.
I was very impressed even thou the line up was large the staff taking xrays and ultrasound moved very quickly. My technician was professional friendly and got me in and out in a very short time
Virtually no wait to get in and x-rays were done very quickly. Results were sent to my doctor later that afternoon and she shared them with me right away. Very efficient. Thanks!
After a terrible experience at the ultrasound location next door, I walked into True North at building 1, explained what happened next door and that they wouldn't honour my mask exemption, as I'm waiting for over 30 minutes passed my 930 appointment with a full bladder. Asked the lady behind the desk if they by chance had a cancellation, to which they did! I had to wait another 20 minutes to get in, but they made me feel welcome and honoured my mask exemption as they have in the past. So thank you! And my bladder thanks you also! Highly recommend!
After turning 50 I received a letter to get a mammogram. I called and booked an appointment. A few weeks before my appointment they canceled due to a tech breaking their arm. I rescheduled. A few weeks before that appointment they called and said no tech will be there for my appointment. I rescheduled again. I just received a call canceling again due to no tech to do my mammogram and they could see me in 1 month (maybe) Well I certainly hope I don’t have breast cancer because I will be dead before I get in to see them for a mammogram. I am booking elsewhere. Ridiculous
I had a great experience at True North Imaging from the moment I arrived at 11: 20. I was greeted at reception with a smile, my requisition was taken and I was asked to fill out a Covid questionnaire. I was then told that I was the next client.no wait! The technician that took the xrays was very friendly, fast and efficient. She also explained that my doctor would have the results the following morning. The whole experience took less than 10 minutes!
Superior customer service experience. Firstly, I was scheduled for a chest Xray only 30 mins before the app't with my Respirologist in the same building, so the check-in desk made sure I got in quickly so I wouldn't miss my app't. THEN, while in my specialist app't upstairs, the check-in desk calls me on my cell phone to ask if I'd left my scarf behind.which I had, but didn't realize it yet. It was a very unique scarf bought in another country, so I was very grateful for the efforts made to return it to me. Thank you so much!
Great service. Greeted at the desk, helpful. Appointment was right on time, no waiting. The technician was welcoming, professional. She explained the procedure and checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable. I was very pleased.

I have attempted to book an appointment for over a week now but have not managed to get hold on them on the phone. They have an online option but that goes nowhere as well, you still need to get them on the phone to book it. You leave a voicemail regarding your availability so that they can get back to you with a date and time but they still tell you to call back. It became an endless telephone tag. Very unfortunate
The staff at True North Imaging at The Boardwalk are amazing. Hands down, this is the best location to book with. The ladies in the front are always pleasant, very efficient, and make an effort to remember people. The technicians are also consistently great. They are professional, take time to explain things, and are always friendly.
Great job again. I always have a very positive experience everytime I visit either for Xray or ultrasound. Very considerate and professional technicians.
The reseptionest can’t even answer the phone she pics up and places you on hold without saying a word. These ppl hear a rude. I have an appointment today and they better be a lot nicer and tell me the gender of my baby or you bet I’ll be back on here with the technicians name and I will report her to Ohio.
Great as always! Everyone is super friendly! They also got all of it to my doctor in 24 hours which Is amazing as well! I was able to get a call from my doctor to know everything is going well and with what the gender is! Super happy experience!
My appointment was fast, took all safety precautions for Covid 19. The technician was very friendly, helpful and even took the time to wish me a belated happy birthday.

Right before i went in for an ultrasound another pregnant woman walked out with a long sheet of baby images I was excited to get those and didnt i got 2 print outs on paper.my doctor wrote on the form to let me know the Gender and the tech said she doesn't take orders from my doctor was soo incredibly rude. My husband was leaving on a mission and i wanted soo badly to be able to tell him what we were having and the tech said its a new policy and she isnt allowed to say anymore.still rude. Its my baby.
A friend of mine went here to go get an ultrasound done and was violated by the woman who was in charge of her appointment. My friend is still recovering both PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY from a severe accident that she endured a couple months back. The aggressor or in this case.the ultrasound specialist was overstepping her boundaries and continued to press down on her abdominal organs even after the fact that she mentioned she was in an accident! This caused my friend to check out mentally without even addressing the situation due to shock. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER ITS 2021 AND PATIENTS DESERVE BETTER! Ultrasounds should never trigger or leave anyone traumatized.
I’ve Had a positive experience at the boardwalk imaging from the moment entering and talking with reception (Brittany), doing the new protocols (temp check) to x Ray. Everyone was extremely helpful and quick.
The receptionist "Britney" was extremely rude and should not be in a customer facing job. The person conducting the ultrasound however, was great and made up for the unprofessional/unfriendly behavior from the temperature taker.
I realized they never even sent the x-ray to my doctor! Avoid this place until they clean it up.
My Mom, who is 85+ yrs old, had an ultra-sound appointment at 9: 00AM today (Oct 16), which was booked (with proof) via physician office on Sept. 30. But when she was on-site with fasting and self-protection equipped, she got refused for testing because there is no test paper for her in the lab. The test paper must be mis-placed in the lab after received. It is very upset for all of my family.
The reception is very rude and the sonographer wouldn't allow my husband to come in to the room to view the baby. Oxford imaging ran it so much better. They allowed you to watch the screen as they were doing the testing, they allowed the fathers to join in the room as well. True North was by far the the worst experience. And after having 3 pregnancies, I definately know the difference in the professional conduct displayed between the two companies. Don't bother going to that location. Terrible service.
Excellent experience- it exceeded my expectations. I requested an appointment online, got a call back quickly and the person who called was very kind and friendly. When I arrived I felt like it was clean and organized; the person at the front desk (Kim) was friendly. The actual ultrasound was great- a changing stall where you change into a gown, then straight into the ultrasound room, where (Rebecca) explained everything and was patient, friendly, discreet etc. I can't think of how they could have made it better.
