Needed to find a custom sized box, and Red helped me out with some great advice on how to make one out of the materials they had on site. I purchased what I needed and it worked great. Excellent service, highly recommend them.

There are a few places near me that sell boxes, but none offer the selection, more competitive prices, or better/ friendlier service than The Box Guys.

Great quality boxes at the lowest price we found. Had a few calls with the team about delivery etc.and they were friendly and accommodating. Bonus to support local.

Been there a couple of times now. Friendly, knowledgeable guy working there. Much better selection than some of the other 'box' stores around the city. Finding a parking spot can be a challenge but the guy working there can tell you about a pull-in spot near his back door.

The Box Guys are Amazing, really amazing! I spent a couple of days on multiple websites Uline, Home Depot, Uhaul, Amazon and others trying to find and order large moving boxes over 20" dimensions, but each had a problem, either not big enough or very expensive, or no shipping option or takes 2 weeks to deliver and some shipping costs a kidney!
I ended up googling moving boxes and found The Box Guys in a blog.
Found my perfect box size 20*20*26, amazing price, free shipping on over $100 order and 2-3 business days delivery.
Surprisingly, I ordered on Saturday it took exactly 24 hours to get it delivered with two phone calls from them confirming shipping and delivery!
Will definitely recommend and buy in future when needed.

Really fantastic experience. Ordered a packing kit for a 1 bedroom apartment. Having looked around a few places The Box Guys had the best rate and mix of things in the package.

Placed the order on a Wednesday, within minutes of placing the order I got a call to confirm that they have received the order and to let me know the package will arrive next day. The package arrived promptly and on time. The person who delivered was incredibly friendly and very kind and brought all the stuff up to our suite door.

Amazing! Loved that they had the box size I was looking for and that I didn’t have to purchase it in bulk! They called me to confirm that my order was all good as I had emailed them the night before and everything was set for curb side pick-up. I’ll be ordering from them in the future again!

EN: Good products, I’ve bought from them before. You can find anything you need for a move there. It’s difficult to find parking if the spot at the front is taken. I didn’t see a sign with instructions to park elsewhere. Customer service can improve.

Surfing through a dozen retail and wholesale stores in GTA, The BOX Guys had everything I needed. Range of products, best quality, great price and awesome service. Shane called 12 hours after I placed my order and had it delivered in less than 24 hours of placing order. Highly recommended.

I ordered on Sunday and they were at my door first thing Monday morning. They also contacted me giving me a heads up that they were coming. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Honestly couldn't have asked better service.

Box guys are great! I was there a couple of weeks ago because I had to find materials to package artworks to ship overseas for an exhibition. Everything they (actually 'he') recommended worked out perfectly. The 'box guy' in the shop the day I came in made every effort to give me the right supplies for my job, even took me to the storage unit to get the biggest cardboard sheets available. I made the inner packaging myself so that the shipper only had to build the crate. Saved a bunch of money! I have just found out that the package arrived at the gallery safely and that the packaging was sturdy enough to be reusable for the return shipping. Thanks Box Guys! Oh, and the box guy was friendly and I never once felt rushed.
