Les and Jeff are the best guys left in the business to deal with in my opinion. I love the store layout and down to earth friendly, knowledgeable customer service that these guys provide. So tired of the big box stores (won’t mention the name) it’s so refreshing to walk into a place like this - the way a music store should be! Keep up the great work guys!

Dropped of my guitar to get new stings, guy said they were 18 or something dollar's. Awesome I said please put them on and I will pick it up when your done.

Crooks charged me $45 to put strings on.

Get bent Brantford Music store your thieves I agree I should pay something charging that much without warning makes you; slimmy, disgusting, unethical, creeps.

Bought a guitar from overseas and it had a few issues.
These guys came highly recommended for setups and lived up to their reputation. If I need another setup done on a guitar I'll be going back again. They can seem a little odd socially but so am I so whatever
