I recently purchased a chair did not like it after a few days they gladly let me exchange it for a different chair customer service I give 100% and the sales consultant RJ was fantastic and wonderful on both occasions highly recommended them

Kurtis Shortt at the Brick in Belleville was amazing to deal with. He took the time to explain to us about the washer and dryer as well as explain the warranty. We would definitely recommend him as a sales person to deal with.

Jordan Storring, our Sales Consultant, was very accommodating with everything we needed. He was more than happy to help us along the way in choosing our furniture pieces & guiding us with what we were looking for. At one point we decided to make a small change with one of our pieces and he was very patient & didn’t seem to mind at all.

Ivy took the time to educate us on the different features of the appliances we were looking at. We didn't understand the difference between Convection and true Convection until she explained it. The Steam clean option also guided our choice. The Bricks price matching also brought us back after looking at 6 other stores!

Lot to choose from to furnish you home. Prices seems to be competitive and they'll also price match with their competitors. Sales people seem knowledgeable but customers should do their homework before going out to shop.

Wonderful experience dealing with Kurtis and Jennifer to purchase a new mattress. Kurtis delivered a high level of customer service and was patient and accommodating throughout the sales process. Jennifer provided helpful advice during the financing discussion as well as product features and post-sales support.

Came here to purchase a stackable washer and dryer unit. My experience was very positive from start to finish. The young lady who helped me, Corrie, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also, bonus points to Brick for having what I need in stock and ready for delivery the same week!

Went in to look at mattresses, Kurtis helped us through the process and was very pleasant to deal with. Best delivery I have ever had. Our home is a little challenging to find however the very polite driver had no issues after he called us to get more precise directions. The delivery was quick and the guys were very friendly. The recliner sofa we had delivered was in great shape and my wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

I received my refrigerator in a timely fashion. When I noticed a scratch on delivery the guys were quick to give on what to do. I called into the Brick and sent a pic and was taken care of. I had a great experience and totally recommend

I had an interview a few months back. I thought it went very good. Everything seemed good was told that they just needed to send my background check to HR and I would hear something back. Never heard a thing. I felt completely pushed to the side. I had alot to offer this company and wasn't given that chance.

Excellent service, Bob especially is friendly, knowledgeable and fast. We've bought couches, laundry machines and beds for the whole family and they've been great to deal with. Coming in with two small children is easy here as the staff are friendly, patient and engage with the kids too. I recommend shopping here.

Issac at the Brick Belleville hooked us up with a well needed new washer and dryer set! We initally were suppose to pick it up on Tuesday but it was delivered to the wrong warehouse. Then we were given free delivery on the Friday and was suppose to be the fist deliver but eneded up waiting till 430ish because of a mix up with our address. A little bit of mix feelings about our experience.

This company has been owned by Leon's company for alot of years now, yet Leon's has free delivery from Trenton to Belleville, and the brick (Leon's owned) doesn't have free shipping in Belleville from a store located in Belleville figure that one out, BS

Delivery was $89.00 to go 15 blocks lmao
By the time everything was priced with taxes and delivery in, final cost was $509.00 wow

My sales consultant Sarah HAGGERTY was awesome to deal with. She as extremely knowledgeable on their products and very pleasurable so much I return 2 additional time within 3 weeks for purchases.
Both Sarah and Bob made my buying experience pleasurable. I will return for future purchases.

Walked into the Brick yesterday just browsing. A very nice young man walked over and offered to help us. My husband and I ended up buying a washer dryer and a tv. Jordan Storring was the young mans name. We found him very polite knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Management should be very proud to have him as part of their staff. Sorry I was limited to only one star and not less. We were moving so we Purchased a washer dryer combo in October with a two week delivery pick up date. Washer arrived in a month no dryer now we have been told for the third time another three weeks for dryer.they say they are waiting on the delivery of stock.and they blame it on Covid Blah Blah Blah. So now I have to try and find another dryer which will not match the washer I have. And I see in the Brick flyer the same combos being offered on sale. Beware.they sell, you pay.but they do not deliver the goods. I see and red the response
I fully understand we are all living in difficult times however that is not an excuse for misleading customers on delivery times. You took my money two months ago for an item that you did not have in stock. And apparently had no idea when you would have it Had you told me that at the time I would have looked at an alternative. Is this a good and fair business practice?

Sarah was so helpful I needed new chaise and wife needed new recliner.
Chaise arrived today without a hitch. We were very pleased with the service.

Pros. Convenient and lots of parking

Cons. No free delivery, spent $4500.00 plus delivery for my purchase and live in city

Today we went to the Brick to view some furniture as we just moved to Belleville. We were met by Bruce as we entered. We shared with him our needs. He went to work and met all of them. He provided options and suggestions for the beds, mattresses, pillows, couch and matresses covers. He was professional in his approach and he was well informed which helped us make good choices. His personality and temperment were perfect. He understood what we wanted and presented solutions to choose from. We will be back and we will insist on having Bruce represent your company to us. We saved money on some high end quality products. Amazing.

We were there for over 15 minutes walking around looking for a salesperson there is none as we're walking out the door 2 sales guys coming back from smoking they obviously work there didn't ask us anything didn't say can I help you have a good night second time we have gone in and this has happened either they're on you Non-Stop are they don't even give a s*** I won't be going back
