The Brick

Very disappointed with this store. Initially purchased a fridge and stove, our salesman was very accommodating when we asked about dishwashers in this specific brand he wasnt sure and asked the floor manager, whom off the top of his head told us they don't make them. Fine, we purchased the other two appliances anyway. Upon returning home we discovered that COSTCO also carries these appliances
and they were 500.00 cheaper, so we went back and asked them to price match. They said no with all the excuses as to why they appliances weren't the same so they couldn't. So we went to costco to investigate and guess what not only
were they the exact same appliances, HISENSE DOES MAKE DISHWASHERS! We canceled our BRICK order. Got all 3 for the price of what the Brick wanted for 2. Felt bad for taking our business out of town and taking a sale away from the salesman, but Trevor doesn't know what he's talking about! P. S. COSTCO also delivers for free AND takes the packaging!

I had a refrigerator and mattress delivered today the delivery guys went above and beyond they were so good so friendly and so professional thanks Jay and Scott

Went to the Simcoe location to look for a new washer, we were met by a very nice man, cannot remember his name, but he answered a few questions for us regarding buying, then put us on to Erik Dydensborg, avery helpful, knowledgeable gentleman who answered all our questions, regaring moving it, taking the old away andhooking up the new one as my hubby cannot do any ot that with heart condition, so was very pleased, also the 2 young men who delivered (and they were early, nice) who brought in, hooked up and took old one out all in about 20 mins, very polite young men, best to keep them around. We will definetely be shopping there again

Wow what a great experience. The sales person Meagan was awesome she handled our needs with great precision. Very pleasant and not pushy, our kind of people that we like to deal with. Thx for the great experience.

I recently bought a mattress set, frame and pillow from this store. Everything was in-stock and in-store.
Friendly environment, items were well placed and easy to find, without the store being cluttered.
Also experienced the best sales person that I've ever encountered, Erik Dydensborg.
He was quick to offer help, supplied extensive information/knowledge of the products I came in to find and helped with finding me the best deals that the store could offer. The best part was that he wasn't breathing down my neck or aggressively pushing me to buy products that I didn't want/need.
It was a terrific experience and recommend this store when considering buying a bed. I also recommend asking for Erik as your sales person. He made my shopping experience a very positive one!

After leaving the Brantford store disappointed with the lack of customer service, I headed to the Brick in Simcoe. What a refreshing experience. Was greeted by Karen and told her the type of mattress I was in search of, looked at a few and decided on the one, it was in stock there. Purchased pillows and a pad as well. Out the door and on my way in a timely manner. Karen was very friendly and knowledgeable, will be back there for the next purchases.

Bought pillows and a chair for a total around $2600. Found Store Manager Trevor Van Goethem very knowledgeable and helpful. A rare and exceptional experience.

Very good place to shop clean and organized. Plus the sales rep that talked to me was very friendly and polite thanks.

Yesterday I went into the Brick to look at mattresses on sale.
It was not lobg and we were greeted by Erik.
We told him what we were looking for.
He was so informative and helpful.
Within a half an hour I purchased two mattresses.
Everything was done quick and easy.
Delivery set up for the end of the week. They will also take away the old ones.
