Veronica was very helpful today as she has been in the past. Great service, friendly helpful and not pushy at all!

Worst customer experience ever with this store. I will never buy from the Brick ever again. NEVER. They don't even deserve one star. They do not care about their customers - they only care about making a sale and collecting the money.

Thank you to a lovely lady, Renu at the Brick in Orangeville. Renu, you were so helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back to see you when I need appliances or furniture.ps. I will bring you some cookies when I bake them in my new oven. Thanks again.

Dealing with Rachna was a great experience and quite fun. Rachna listened and understood our needs. Her knowledge and guidance lead us to exactly what we needed. As well, she handles her self very well when tried or pressured by the “negotiating consumer” shenanigans. Rachna makes dealing with your store a great experience. Be sure to ask for her when you visit the Orangeville store.

Lennox was very helpful and we were in a pinch for a mattress quickly. He said no problem and gave us exactly what we needed. Best experience that I have had.

Veronica was exceptional. Knowledgeable and kind and very friendly, great to work with while finding my daughter a new bed set. Will happily work with her again!

Friendly sales people. Will deliver defective appliances and trying to get them repaired or replaced becomes a psychological warfare exercise with unanswered phone lines and disinterested customer “service” agents. Save yourself the grief and stay far, far away….
And in terms of follow up… The store manager insisted that it wasn’t their problem that the stove was delivered broken because I didn’t report it within 24 hours of delivery. The repair people were friendly and said that they could come out in 2 1/2 weeks. I confirmed twice by phone, and the day of the repair they didn’t show up. They apologized and confirmed that they could come out in another 3 weeks, after Christmas. So six weeks without a stove. Thanks, The Brick. Never buy an appliance from this chain.

I came in looking for a bed for my basement and I was approached by Veronica and she was extremely helpful and sweet. She helped us pick out the base and mattress that fit our needs quickly. I would definitely come back and recommend Veronica to anyone looking for furniture.

Great a selling you appliances and warranties. Not so good at following thru however.
Had an issue with my oven took over 2 weeks to just look at it. Was there all of 5 min. Now it will be another 2.5 weeks to get
fixed. To make people wait 5 to 6 weeks to fix oven is ridiculous and if I would have know that
would never get warranty.
The brick puts all blame on king and state and Trans global. Which is funny because it's the brick that sold me the warranty not king and state or Trans global But I have to deal with warranty thru third party. What a scam. The brick should be ashamed.
About the same experience I had when the appliances were delivered. Third party yet again and I'm forced to deal with it.

I understand it is commission based sales BUT learn to read your customers. Nobody likes to be stalked. Have great product knowledge, and be available.not heading me off at each aisle. If I didn't have an exact purchase in mind I would have left the store after 4 minutes. The only reason I was in the store any longer than that was because I had to kill time because the sales associates were sitting in the chair I was looking to try. The store is clean, the products are good…
