I just bought a fridge on boxing day showed up not working, they told me they cant do anything and i have to contact whirlpool for them to come fix not impressed

Needed a new TV, dealt with a sales person named David amazing customer service. Thank you so much for all your help.

Worth service never buy warranty from the brick because they not do anything for your warranty so don't lose your money this my advice for us because it was happened to me

We were looked after promptly when we arrived at the store. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. He completed our transaction promptly.

My brothers chair was delivered damaged and Paul at the Brick was so helpful and professional in dealing with our concerns. He went above and beyond to help us rectify the problem. I would recommend asking for Paul when looking to purchase furniture or appliances. His service is exemplary!

Went in to shop for our new condo, sales lady made us feel like we were an inconvenience, rolled her eyes when we asked questions. Just wasn't feeling it so we bought our couch and appliances at Leon's.

We dealt with the brick for our entire remodel. Everything from furniture to TVs. Incredible service, David from the St Catharines branch personally helped us with all of our needs and ensured we had the best pricing and delivery times possible.

We had our items loaded onto our vehicle almost immediately as well. All around great experience!

I ordered a washer and dryer set with delivery and installation and was told they'd be ready to use immediately after the guys leave. The dryer was just left in the laundry room and I had to hook it up myself. The washer water line was not fastened tight enough at the source and leaked during its first use which caused water damage on the bottom of my brand new cabinet the water line runs into. The Brick denied any responsibility for the damage their carelessness caused, no compensation offered. Terrible installation, terrible service.take your money anywhere else.

Great experience. My fiancé and I went to buy a washer & dryer, our very first one for our new house. We were clueless about which one to buy so we thank Hassan. He suggested the best options for us, spent a lot of time explaining all the features. The attention to detail provided by Hassan was impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. Knowledgeable staff helped me pick out the right mattress for me and made the whole buying experience comfortable and quick.

Angela was very helpful helping me pick out an adjustable bed for my elderly father. She was knowledgable and didn’t pressure us into anything (a very welcomed sales approach). Thank you Angela!

Henry was very helpful the entire time. We came during a sale promo and when our item arrived in the wrong size he was more then accommodating and happy to help us get the proper item at no extra cost.

We have purchased a few items over the last year, and each time have dealt with Matt. As a pretty indecisive shopper, he was great at helping/showing us different options making it very easy to complete our purchases. With a few more furniture pieces needed to be made in the future we will continue to deal with Matt.

I visited the St. Catharines location of The Brick today with the intention of browsing furniture for an upcoming purchase. Typically my sister and I prefer to browse without the assistance from a sales representative, however when we were pleasantly greeted by Melissa, we hesitantly accepted her offer to assist us. She was extremely personable and asked pointed questions to quickly determine what I was looking for. She was amazing at demonstrating the various features and making sure I understood my options and she went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal possible. I do believe that she mentioned she had only been working in the store since the end of December, however despite her short time with the company she was knowledgeable about the products and appeared quite at ease. We really enjoyed that she joined in with our sense of humour and took time to ask a few personal questions that were completely unrelated to the purchase. Next time my sister or I shop at The Brick we will definitely be looking for Melissa to assist us.

Side note. Not only did I make a purchase when I had only intended to browse, but she did so well at determining my needs that I purchased the first item that she showed me.

The Brick St Catharines has always been my go-to and without a doubt Matt Scarfone has been my go-to salesman. Professional, fair, and special bonus, extremely funny!

The st. Catherine's sales staff were very friendly and helpful. The niagara falls store however were very pushy. We got our item for less than in the niagara store.
