Horrible customer service. Would rather buy at a different store and online than deal with the employees working at this store. They were extremely rude and not at all worth going to the store for. Absolutely hated the experience.

I would not recommend the BRICk to anyone. Their furniture is nothing but junk. I purchased a coffee table and 2 end tables. When we first received all the pieces came in damaged. Then the next round the end tables were ok but the coffee table came in damaged. It took 8 times before we got a decent coffee table. After only a few months of having this coffee table the paint was chipping off. I called them and they agreed to order another one for me. Of course it came in damaged. Well they basically told me that they can’t satisfy me so that they were going to refund me my money and pick up all my tables. When you purchase something brand new you expect to have good quality furniture that is not damaged especially the price I paid for this. Definitely not impressed with the BRICK TIMMINS.

Had Mark McNulty as a salesmen twice this past week, for two separate purchases. And on both occasions, he went above & beyond with helping me and my fiance Kelly.

Anthony was incredible at pinpointing the exact sofa and loveseat I needed. Also he made the transaction easy and fun, he even got an extended warranty out of me.

Our boxspring was dropped and broke a corner. We didn't notice because it was wrapped and stored in a bedroom until our frame was built. We ordered a couch in Jan.promised delivery in Mar. Still haven't received it at the end of Apr. They never contacted us once about delivery. Terrible customer service afterwards. We won't shop there again, ever.

Purchased a mattress from The Brick in Timmins. I paid $80 to have the mattress delivered. I was told they would remove my old mattress and place new mattress on the bed frame. When the mattress was delivered I was told they only had 2 runners and since we wouldn’t allow their snow covered boots to walk all over our hardwood floors they left the mattress on the wall still wrapped in plastic and left. I then proceeded to call the brick to speak to a manager. The manager was not apologetic only defensive. She informed me that the workers were not allowed to remove their boots (understandable) but and saw no issue with them walking through our house with dirty boots. I requested a refund for delivery which she promptly replied no, to which I replied, I will never shop at the Brick again. I was then told they would get back to me…. Crickets is all I received. Do not shop at the Brick, Arctic Furniture will be where I do all my shopping I’m Timmins from now on!

Fantastic service, and they helped me find exactly what I needed. Great sale prices, and speedy delivery times. Couldn’t have asked for better!

We came in near close and salesman Anthony. Was more than helpful.it did not matter the time. He took his time. Made sure we were completely satisfied.i would definitely recommed him.

Ordered a 1500 mattress online and it’s not what we thought is was in the picture it showed a pillow top mattress and the brick in timmins delivered a bed in a box…we went to the store and scheduled for an exchange…2 weeks later the delivery guys come and wanted to inspect the bed my friend accidentally spilled some Coca Cola pop at the bottom of the mattress pad protector and it stained the cover they said they are not touching that bed that it is staying here and we are not getting our exchange …I called the store and they told us that if we can take that stain out they will come and exchange it and to call back on Monday…we’ll today is Monday I called the store told them the mattress is not stained it did not seep down to the mattress and we cleaned the protector…we were told NO EXCHANGE we asked if someone could come and take a look at it the answer was NO…the owner even had the nerve to hang up on us and when we called back he passed the phone to one of his employees, also the extra money for the delivery was not even credit back to us, I really feel that if they are aloud to rip people off and there is nothing we can do except waist 8 hour day of our lives just for court, can you imagine how much money they make ripping off costumers, not very good costumer service and a get rich scheme over night by taking people’s money and not returning it, the owner even said you bought it online and not from us so it’s not our problem, we’ll said mr thief, but the point is I was mistreated and was not aloud to say your opinion, buyer beware if you buy online from THE BRICK! Expect an empty wallet and nothing in return, oh and one more thing, my son walked out to see them and they started up their truck and F off and allmost ran over my son in the process, WOW! Hit and run fellows!

I love the Brick in Timmins! I buy all of my furniture there. The staff are so helpful and always go above and beyond- including the delivery staff.

Highly recommend. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the prices are great.
