I had pathetic experience at Bricks. They have price match policy at the Bricks by December 31st. We bought sofas on black friday deal and it went low on boxing day deal. We went to store for refund and store manager was trying to rip us off by saying it’s a national wide printing mistake on flyers and we can’t get refund.
We had to do so much arguments to get out return back.
Overall, never met such a rude, disgusting store manager.

Very impressed with Craig the manager. Was having a setup issue with a television. He was so very helpful. He went above and beyond. He is definitely an asset to the Brick. He made sure we where happy and satisfied. Would highly recommend. Pricing and service was excellent

Salesman was knowledgeable and very nice. We bought a recliner and sofa. Only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have a floor model of the sofa we bought and we had to make an impulse purchase otherwise we would have had to drive an hour to another location just to test it out and they wouldn’t budge on delivery fee for that inconvenience. Other than that it was an overall good experience

Very clean and many furniture options to choose from. Was dealing with Dutton. He is very knowledgeable on the products and helped tremendously!

Had one small little issue was resolved I will always be a satisfied customer the only problem I had was that the third-party assembler kept making excuses why they couldn't make the appointment.
The manager was awesome gentleman to work with in fact his entire staff are a 5 star group of people

Happy with the price of my new 75” Samsung TV, Brian and his team were great to work with!

Edit: I want to stress that Brian and his team were great, however the TV unfortunately has some dead columns of pixels and the process to have the TV replaced has been a very poor experience. I purchased a protection plan, yet I've been waiting over a week with no news other than “we’ve reviewed your pictures and have sent them to Samsung as they cover replacements for the first year”. I’ve called/been called by sales reps at the store every few days but no change in over a week. I asked what the process would be to return the TV but all electronics sales are final, even though this was broken out of the box and reported the day I set it up. Ive been walking around a 75” TV box for what will be 2 weeks tomorrow, and still don’t know when this will be resolved. I’ll be happy to turn this back into a 5 star review as soon as i can enjoy the product I payed, and purchased a protection plan, for.
