The Brick

I had a serious issue with this business in the past but management made it right. I returned to purchase a mattress and Shannon made it right. She has been there for a number of years and will do her best to get you what you need.

I ordered and bought an oven stove kitchenette since October 2023, and the brick stated the oven would be here in January 2024. Still not arrived. The brick is not reliable. Zero stars

Bought a sectional today and our helper was Shahroze Shankar. What a pleasure he was to deal with. Not at all pushy, very friendly and helpful. Need to buy one automatic recliners because of husband upcoming shoulder surgeries and he helped us find exactly what we needed. What an asset he is to your business!

They had a sale price for a chair I've wanted for years. Kaitlin was fantastic and really made a dream of mine come true. Chair arrives on Tuesday, so excited!

The service I received was excellent. My sales man Dharmil was very nice and did not pressure me at all.

Cassandra was helpful when picking out a mattress that we needed asap. She provided her expertise in firmness and helped us get in and out of the store in a very timely matter.

Great experience purchasing a new LG washer and dryer. Cassandra was our sales person and helped us get the best deal possible on the pair. We found the same units at another store for a cheaper price and the Brick honored they're policy of matching the other stores price and giving 20% of the difference. Everything was laid out to us and there was no pressure to make a purchase.

Highly recommend the Brick in Thunder Bay especially if you have the pleasure of dealing with Rick. Thirty plus years of experience working at the Brick and it shows. Exceptional product knowledge but more importantly incredibly focused on the customer experience. Rick and the Brick will be our go to guy and store for all our future household purchases.

We had a great experience. We were looking for a new bedroom suite for my Dad. We were promptly greeted and had all of our questions answered. We bought a suite, and set a delivery date for 1 week from now and were out of the store in less than a half hour. We always have great service at The Brick.

We had a great experience at the Thunder Bay Brick. Cassandra was so helpful (and patient) while we compared and picked out a stove, fridge and freezer (on multiple visits) and the prices and options were the best in town. Really happy with our new appliances and the service we received there.

Cassandra was great to work with, she was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable when it came to the appliances we purchased.

Rick was an amazing helper! He sat at the computer with us and made sure we had everything we wanted! He also helped us make our dream couch work! He was so friendly and down to earth, seriously the best salesman for furniture!
