Not picking phone as I tried eight times. Automated answering machine replied me after some ringing that we are busy with the customers. Brick called me day before yesterday that they are going to deliver my order before or on Sunday morning but no information from them.

The distribution cebtre is very well organized. I emailed to confirm my pick up date and time right after purchasing online got confirmation in very reasonable delays. When I got on site the process is well-organized and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient. Only good words for this place.

We had a wonderful experience with Jolston. When we arrived she was the only sales associate available (maybe cause the store had just opened) she was lovely and greeted us then gave us space to shop. Once she saw us spending more time on one item she checked in on us and let us know she was currently with another customer but would be with us shortly. I found her knowledgeable and wasn’t pressuring us for a sale.
We have been looking for the item we purchased for a few years. Between being undecided and low stock over the years we were unable to purchase. Needless to say we were very happy with our purchase! I will be going back to purchase more items to finish the room from Jolston at the brick.

I went to pick up a mattress, and Julston at dock #18 was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me advice on how to properly load my truck and also offered a hand. He was knowledgeable on shipping procedures too. This definitely was a positive experience. Thanks Julston!

Timing was good, we didn’t have wait long. I purchased small futon, Jolston was nice, professional and he helped load the car.
The only thing, which I was not happy about was different colour of the futon. I saw in the store, green one, I paid fir green, but when I opened the box it was blue!
The did not offer me different colour at the store. I was disappointed. I arranged delivery myself, I did not have the energy to bring that back to the store. I decided to keep, but this is not what I wanted.

Poor service, I spent $4000 for mattress and base, they did not help me to load into my car!
Secondly, no body to contact me for verification! I have to drove 90 mins to be there during rush hour! Finally, the warehouse manager’s attitude was not pleasant and mean!

While we had to wait a good 20 or so minutes for them to get our order, we had no issues with the mattress and boxspring we bought. It was in perfect condition and still wrapped in plastic.

Buyers beware. Very disapointing customer service. After being quoted a 2 week delivery on a wine/beer fridge, we were told it would be another 2 months (told this ON THE DAY it was supposed to be delivered). Two months later, that new delivery day had come and gone, and we were notified it would be an additional 4 months.

We pleaded with their customer service teams (first Sawsan, then Smita) to help, as we designed our kitchen rennovation around this fridge at the center with the specific dimentions. Sawsan continues to ignore emails and phone calls. When I espcalated to a supervisor, the line rang and rang with no answer and no call back.

Now, we don't even know if The Brick will honour the new timeframe given. We feel like prisoners to this decision, as no other wine/beer fridges have the right dimensions to fit our rennovation.

We understand how difficult the global supply challenges are, but that does not firgive the sloppy customer service and false promies, and poor/non-existent communication.

I purchased something with you guys and you can deliver according to my schedule? The call taker for the delivery scheduling is rudest person I have encountered! When I tell her if we really can make the schedule work I have to cancel it, she said go cancel it and hang up on me. I hope your company go bankrupt soon

We waited 30+ minutes for our order and when we asked about it to a warehouse worker, he just shrugged and said he didn't know and would check. Completely unprofessionnel and slow service.

Staff at the distribution center is well organized and attend to your pick-up purchase in a timely manner. You are greeted at the intercom in a manner that you don't feel the person on the other side is in a rush to get things done.

I went to Brick store in Mississauga, There was salesperson Ravneet Singh, he was so good and patient with showing me all the stuff. Because sometimes salesperson are busy taking so many customers at same time but he was toooo good! I strongly recommend this store.

Didn't want to wait for delivery for my new TV, so I opted to pick it up from the DC. Very easy to get to, and they are very efficient at getting your purchase to you. All in all a pleasant experience, and I got to enjoy my new TV that day rather than waiting a week!

I ordered a hand mixer December 3rd 2020 for a Christmas present and got an email that I will be contacted to pick up on December 15th.

I never got an email or call so I contacted customer service. A customer service person told me that my item will not be available till December 26th.

On December 26th I was told that my item is still not in stock and will be be available the 3rd week of January. It is the last week of February and I still haven’t received my item.

Every time I ask for updates there are none and I’m stuck waiting and the date gets pushed back further.

I am also told that there is nothing that can be done to compensate me for my waiting such as just having the item shipped to me instead of picking up from the store.

The customer service is not helpful at all and have hung up on me several times.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from the Brick especially this location, they are very disorganized and rude.

UPDATE

I emailed customer service and have received no answer.

My item is now in stock but I am being told that there is no way it can be sent to me for free and that the store will not do anything to compensate me for waiting 3 months for my item.

I do not recommend ordering from The Brick the customer service is poor and they don’t care about their customers.

UPDATE

The Brick sent my item without confirming my shipping address, a manager was supposed to call me on Wednesday but never did.

Because the address was not confirmed with me my items has been sent to address where I don’t live and I still don’t have my item.

I am even more frustrated because the lack of communication has now created a bigger problem.
My item that I ordered in December was delivered to an address where I don’t live and I am unable to pick it up from there due to COVID restrictions and the residents of that address being extremely high risk for COVID.

I still don’t have my item and have no idea what is going on.

The Bricks customer service is terrible and they do not communicate with customers.

Horrible service. Ordered a chair in September, was told it would be ready by November. Then delayed to beginning of December and now they're telling me its going to be the end of January.
No customer service. Wouldn't help me find something for that price.
Ive given the brick a lot of money and they are Horrible with customer service.

My first time picking up the furniture from this location- please take a help with you if you are going alone cause employees there won't even give you a hand. I had a few bed pieces and a box with mattress, guy who brought it to the pick up dock just opened the door and watched me struggle to put everything in my pick up, I couldn't fit mattress in as it wasn't in a box so had to leave a few things there. I didn't ask for the help and guy didn't bother lol

During my second visit the guy was helpful and I could fit everything in my truck- therefore increasing stars

I purchased a bed frame September 2020 for pick up in mid October 2020. I’ve left three messages, chatted online and called multiple times to get answers on my order. I found out today that they hope to have it mid November. The worst service ever, and no one bothered to called or email to let me know it was delayed. And if I want a refund they said I have to go into Mississauga to get one even though I live in Niagara and purchased online. DONT BUY FROM HERE

I purchased my items on the brick website on June 11,2020 when I made this purchased it shows me expected pickup time on July 24,2020.
July passed and August passed as well with no email or phone call from any sales rep from the Brick updating me on the situation of my order explaining why it got delayed, even though I called the number provided in the confirmation email I received but unfortunately no one will pick up this phone or call back, finally on September I was able to chat with a customer service and I was able to pick up my order. For any further needs of furniture I will buy from somewhere else than the Brick.

Picked up my kitchen table from here.took about 5 minutes from entering the parking lot to leaving.they make you park right at the door, they bring the box and will load it into your car for you. Great service overall.

Had to go pick up my purchase. Went to intercom lady was polite told us what dock to back into and we waited maybe 10mins and someone was there with our purchase. They helped us load it into the van too!

Never again. This review is for the Brick in general. Update: were told they couldn't deliver to our house because of the snow storm but they could deliver to store and we could pick it up at the store. Delivery finally came a week later but 2 of the 6 chairs were the wrong colour and they refuse to replace them until we send them photos.

I don't have experience in collecting large items from there. Went there to collect a small item that I ordered from their store. There are multiple lines pointing towards the customer pickup. Only one was open. I missed the sign saying 'Speak to an employee using the intercom'. Drove past it and an employee directed me. Service was quick.

The experience at the brick was great, we went to purchase a mattress we knew exactly what we were looking for, an associate came and helped us by the name of Jasbir. We came to get the brick credit card. He helped us get the credit card and find our mattress that costs $499 it had everything that we wanted firm, split box spring and warranty. Warranty included a slip cover that’s sweat proof, stain proof and protects from dust mites.
Towards the end we received the bill and were thanked for our Business.

Politics. Diplomatic. Crazy. Workers here are good but management is nuts. They don't know what they doing and like passing time on cams rather than working on betterment of the company or workers. As customer I don't know it that well. Special info: they hiring if you really really need a job then go for it else there are way better places than this to work. They will make you leave them and then wonder why the good guys don't stick to company funny.

Not sure if this is where I leave my review but here it goes.
Deliveries gone bad. Didn't want any issues, I hear alot of problems and stories about deliveries gone bad. So I bought couple things from the brick 3 weeks ago and delivery is supposed to be this Sunday, or so I thought.
Got a call today (2 days before my delivery date) asking me when would I like it to be delivered.
Long story short, lady couldn't do anything for me, and that spot had been taken because 2 weeks ago someone called me to confirm but couldn't get a hold of me (which is lies, I dont have any missed calls that day, plus even then I have a voice mail which I check within 5mins of being notified).
Anyways got mad and upset, then I spoke to the higher up person there. Her name is Nadife (sorry if I misspelled that). Nadife was calm and collective which made me the same, listened to my story, acknowledged their mistake and told me will call me back to see if she can do anything. 45mins later calls me back with great news. Got me my spot back this Sunday.

I was about to raise havoc on the brick, but I would like to say thank you to Nadife for helping me and defusing the situation in a professional manner. The brick should be thanking you.
