Excellent service, and amazing prices on their great selection of mattresses. Both of the staff members were very knowledgeable and helped us find the right mattress that suited my wife and myself. I went in expecting to pay a lot and ended up spending $1000 under my budget, even with the premium cover and sheets. Thank you! I would definitely shop here again.

I was going to buy one of those popular mattress-in-a-box type mattresses, but when I tried one out in person - yuck! Soooo uncomfortable! Luckily I spotted the Brick mattress store on my way out and decided to pop in on a whim.

I am so happy that I did. The sales manager Kristina helped me find a mattress that met my needs and at a great price point. I was so happy I told my family and they went on the same day and Kristina helped them buy a new mattress as well.

Went to the brick mattress store and met Olga. She helped us pick out a great mattress for our 3 year old. She was very informative and answered all of our questions with confidence and ease. She was very down to earth, made you feel very welcome and was awesome with my little girl. She even helped us save money! After we paid I noticed the pillows and had a bunch of questions…. She could have tried to sell the most expensive but she didn’t. I totally recommend this location!

My wife and I went into the brick mattress store on Stone Church rd a very nice lady Kristina came to help us and she was wonderful asked us what kind of sleepers we were gave us both pillows and showed us what beds to try out. When we told her nope don’t like that bed she told us this is why and she was spot on. In total we tried a total of 7 different beds and she told us to try the last one and it fit the way I sleep and my wife slept and we were both happy. She was very informative and beyond helpful If you need a new mattress go see Kristina she is amazing

My husband and I purchased a mattress at The Brick on Stone Church rd.
We had a great customer service experience in dealing with Kristina. We initially went just have a look and begin the research process but ended up purchasing a mattress. Kristina taught us so much about the differences in mattresses and what to look for when it comes to our specific sleep and physical needs. We would certainly recommend visiting this location and asking for Kristina.

Went shopping for a new bed and Christina really knew her stuff. She took us all around and helped us find exactly what we needed. When the time comes for our kids to get bed we will be going back.

We went to the Brick mattress store one Sunday a couple of weeks ago as it was finally time to go through the normally long winded "ordeal" of finding a new mattress. We had a really great experience with the store manager who showed us how to narrow down what we liked REALLY quickly, and wasn't just trying to push us towards the most expensive option. I was even more impressed at check out when they arranged delivery for just 3 days later! We absolutely LOVE our new mattress/bed and are so glad we decided to check this store out!

I went to the Brick Mattress Store yesterday and was greeted by Kristina, the Store Manager. She was obviously very knowledgeable about all of the products, offering suggestions for my specific needs. I purchased a queen mattress, box spring, two pillows, two sets of sheets and a mattress pad, all of which will be delivered in about one week! Can't wait for my new bed! Also, very much appreciated is that they will take away the old mattress and box spring so I don't have to deal with that. A lot of places don't even offer that service. All in all, it was a very pleasurable experience and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Thank you Kristina!

Today I had gone up to the Stonechurch location. The Brick Mattress store. I had called yesterday to get some guidance about the sale and the delivery charges. The lady I was talking to gave me some really good input and possibilities I could use or take advantage of. Great help. Well today while I was up there it just so happens the lady that was helping me was the lady I had talk to on the phone yesterday. Her name is Olga and she was fantastic? Just a really nice lady and very helpful. She made my first transaction with the Brick easy and pain free. Highly recommend this location and this lovely lady to help you out.

I was shopping for an adjustable bed at your store and I was blown away by your customer service! Kristina was so very helpful and not the least bit pushy! Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and more than kind. We came in looking at beds and I ended up purchasing a pillow she highly recommended to help with my neck and shoulder trouble. I had poured through reviews on mattresses online and even though I had a idea of what features I wanted in a mattress, I was still no closer to know what mattress was best for me. Christina was very good at helping me choose the right mattress for me and educating me in the process. She was patient while I tried different mattresses. When I was hesitant about the price she helped me find a way to get a lower price. Good place overall.

We've been looking for a good king mattress and box spring for several weeks now, always leaving the stores feeling unimpressed and thinking we will just have to pick something and be done with it. I couldn't decide because nothing had the right balance between quality and price. Today we walked in to The Brick Mattress Store and was immediately met by Kristina. I had a gut feeling at that moment that we would not leave the store without a mattress set and I was right. Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. It really pays to go somewhere where the staff specialize in their products and aren't just there to write up the sales invoice. She made purchasing a mattress so easy and the deal we left with was nothing short of spectacular. I am just so thankful we waited and didn't settle for one of the mediocre deals we were offered at other mattress stores. This will always be the first place we go to in the future. Finally a new bed set!

Five stars for the wonderful service I received from Christina. She took her time explaining the importance of a good mattress and was extremely patient with me as I tested and retested all the mattresses. She made my decision so much easier with her knowledge of support and sleep habits. Who would of thought that matresses have science behind them.

Wow.impressive! From the moment we walked in until my first sleep. Christina was awesome.helped us get exactly what we wanted, within our budget. The delivery tracker was awesome.and extremely precise. I was able to stay at work longer.and for home moments before my delivery walked through the door. The guys were super fast and professional! My only problem is.i should have listened to Christina when she suggested I get the shorter box spring.now I need a ladder to get on my bed! But I'm told that can be rectified too. All good!
