Mr. Hang has always been a big help to me and my family the past over 8 yrs. Whenever we needed anything that he sells, we’d always reach out to him. All the beds and furnitures he recommended are still in very good condition up to date. He’s super friendly and helpful. He’s the BEST always. Would recommend him to everyone that I know and would always trust him to give the best options.

We went to to The Brick in Argentia to get my daughter a new mattress and few other things and we were so lucky to meet Mr Le. He was very friendly and patient. He tried his best to give us the best prices possible. We paid and got the receipt and we waited the next day which was the delivery day to get everything delivered. When we got the mattress delivered and the other things as well, Mr Le gave us a call to make sure that everything went well and we had no issues.

I bought a Tempurpedic mattress with the box. The mattress and the box were to be delivered on Jan. 6,2023 to my house in Mississauga. The old mattress a one good was to be given to charity and was put in a plastic. I requested the delivery guys to help me in bringing the old mattress from my bedroom to the living room, as there was no way to take the new mattress to the bedroom. The delivery guys just refused and gave me an ultimatum that if I don’t bring the old mattress down in 10 minutes they are leaving, I had no option but in desperation to slide the mattress down the steps, this bruised my shoulder. After they left, I noticed that some of the packing material was left on my porch. Just want to let you know that you have very poor delivery service and delivery guys are arrogant.

Had a wonderful experience choosing the best mattress for us. Le the store manager was knowledgeable, kind and patient as we decided on the right choice. When our delivery arrived the box spring was damaged, we spoke to Le and he corrected it immediately. Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend going to the store to find the right mattress for you!

Visited the store on Sep 8th, the store supervisor Sanket was there and helped us. I had done my research before going and was interested in the Simmons Beautyrest Black K-class in King. He provided us great information on the pros and cons, showed us a comparable Stearns and Foster (at our request) and helped us to compare the two. After asking about my wife's and my preferred sleeping positions, he recommended us to go with the Firm mattress vs the Luxury Firm (a little softer) - at the same price.

We negotiated a great deal, and he helped us select pillows, taking the time with us to choose exactly what we wanted. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave us a great purchasing experience, and with no pressure to buy or upsell.
