I had to purchase a new bed and Brian Wheeler at the lakeshore store was exceptionally helpful and informative. For a small store I was amazed at how much he was able to tell me about options available. I had only planned to do some research but I decided to purchase as I found exactly what I needed at a great price. Brian was not at all pushy or trying to convince of one product over another. Rather he listened to me and I found the perfect option. Great service and great value for money.

We are in dreamland thanks to Joe Matthew! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not too pushy but knew his stuff. We can’t wait for our bed to arrive and sleep like the king and queen we were made to feel like!

This is full of mattresses from all kind.
I visited few other stores before this one, they were all good.
But the Brick had something special. An honest Salesman and good selections of mattresses (the most)
They have a true sale and great package (give away)
We were given ample time to select what we want.
I highly recommend this store.

Such a great experience buying a mattress and mattress cover from The Brick on Lakeshore East. I had bought one 10+ years ago from The Brick and also had a great experience, so when my husband I were in the market again it came to mind as a place to start our search.

I can't speak highly enough of our sales rep, Brian and the Assistant Manager as well. Brian was helpful while shopping and was so responsive to us every after the sale was made, and responded by email within minutes. He even called to tell us he found my 2 year old son's lost toy weeks after it was lost. They were flexible with scheduling our delivery multiple times because our bed from West Elm was delayed several months.

When our mattress was delivered the delivery team did a great job, but they did forget to leave the mattress cover. When I called the store they sorted it out right away, had a new one shipped to the store, and when in store for pick up I was refunded $250 because my mattress was now on sale.

Oh and the bed is great too, but it's really the incredible customer service that left such a nice impression. Thank you!

Amazing service from Brian. He helped us out with choosing a mattress and any accessories we might need. I know a little bit more about mattresses thanks to Brian. We walked out happy to finally replace our 15 year old bed. Delivery and Everything all taken care of. 100% would recommend buying a mattress here. Don't hesitate. Had a fantastic experience at this store today when going in for a new mattress. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted or needed, just knew what I had wasn't working and had a budget. Joe was very helpful in explaining different factors to consider about a mattress, all the different features, and worked within my budget. He didn't pressure me or try to upsell me, and also gave me plenty of time and space to lay on the mattresses as long as I needed. He explained the delivery and takeaway process for me and I can't wait for my new mattress to come!

My husband and I went to explore the prices of a new mattress today. Joe Matthew's gave us such go customer service we ended up spending$4,200.00. I was very pleased with the service I received from Brian Wheeler at this store. He was very helpful, not pushy and answered all my questions. Brian called me before the delivery date to reconfirm all the information about my purchase.

I received a call from The Brick 24 hours before the delivery date advising me of the time period I could expect my items. The delivery driver called me about ten minutes before arrival at my apartment which enabled me to have the elevator put on service.

Visited the lakeshore location in Toronto and was very pleased with the level of service provided by Brian during our visit.

I came in to exchange a mattress and thought I would be in and out. I am glad I was not in and out! I had already picked one that I wanted to exchange my current mattress for but Othman took the time to show me several different mattresses and explain all of the differences to me.

I have bad back pain and Othman took that into account and suggested mattresses that addressed those issues. Not only did I walk out with an amazing deal (thank you!) but I felt confident that I got one of the best mattresses the Brick has. Thank you for all of the help and I will definitely be back to purchase more items from Othman and The Brick! H

What a wonderful store! Came in with my mom to buy a new mattress and the assistant store manager, Othman Asad, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to go into every detail with my mom (she tends to ask a lot of questions!) and was so patient and understanding of her needs. Othman provided excellent customer service and has strong product knowledge - a true professional! I would highly recommend this location.

What a wonderful experience! I went to the store full of anxiety having to buy a new mattress and I was quite emotional. Ali was there to kindly guide me through the process, and when I asked if he had any information about an older mattress I liked, he took a couple days to look into it and find a mattress that was comparable. He was patient and generous with his time, and I now have a new mattress that I love! Thank you Ali!

I came here because of the amazing reviews. However the service my husband and I received was far from amazing. The sales person didnt help us at all when I had mentioned we needed a new mattress and didn’t know where to start looking. We wanted to find something firm and wanted to buy this mattress on the spot. But due to the poor service we left. What shocked me was while we were trying out the mattresses with no help the sales person said to us. “Why don’t I just tell you where the firms ones are so that you don’t need to lay on all the beds” How rude. Being in sales myself for the last 15 years I would say this is by far the poorest services I have ever received.

Kevin is amazing. He helped us pick out our bed last year and it’s the best purchase we’ve ever made. We really appreciated his insight and opinion and he’s so friendly. Overall just a great experience.

We have bought 2 mattresses from this location in the past year and couldn't be happier with our choices, the selection offered and the sale pricing. Kevin was insightful and yet gave us the space we needed to make the decision ourselves.

Had a great experience there today with Lindsay-she was very knowledgeable, gave us a ton of time to go and independently try out mattresses, without hovering. We had already visited a bunch of competitors and found that most people followed you around making it quite uncomfortable to actually take our time to try out different mattresses.

Wasn’t sure what to buy but my neck pain has been bothering me for over two weeks.initially I was gonna buy a pillow until kevin was so friendly and knowledgeable explaining how important a mattress is to our body and recovery. I tried like thousand mattresses there. Kevin was so patient. Man, I don’t shop mattresses a lot but I can tell he knows what he is doing and he knows his mattress. Eventually, my husband and I found the one we both love so much. I cannot be more grateful to Kevin. The mattress King with no doubt. This location is also convient to park. The service I received from the assistant manager Kevin Bullard was OUTSTANDING. His knowledge, professionalism, patience as I tested the mattresses over and over and.his wonderful personality made the shopping experience pain free.
