Chicken sandwich was awesome. Onion rings needed an extra minute cooking but the fries were fantastic. Friendly staff and dog friendly!

Food isn’t bad. Milkshakes are crazy expensive ($10 for a vanilla shake). The worst thing about this place is the service. I’ve been twice and same issue. Long wait to order food. Long wait to pay. Young staff who try their best but the mature server who was on yesterday was beyond rude. We won’t be back

Very tasty meat, but small patty for the price, IMO.
Buns are nice looking but too sweet and with the patties so relatively small, lots of bites without meat.
Inside is cool but noisy.
Outside patio is next to road, so it is what it is.

Buckle up, cause this is a long one! So, I order food here about once a month when I come through on the Northland bus. I call in for pickup so that I can hop off the bus and return with my food during the 15 minute break. Last week, I was traveling in a car with a friend and recommended we stop here to dine in. I've got to say, this was my worst experience so far because I'm normally very happy with my pickup orders. My daughter and I split a bacon cheeseburger and fries because the portions are large (something I love about this place) and she needed to save room for ice cream. We ordered it with no mustard, it came with mustard. No biggie. She's a pretty chill kid and dealt with it. It took a little longer than expected for our food but the young girl serving us was sweet and seemed flustered saying it was busy (it wasn't busy inside but idk what they had for takeout or delivery orders so I gave her the benefit of the doubt.) The kicker for me was being overcharged for my meal. I order here often enough that I know what things cost. I contested it but she had no idea why it was showing more on my receipt than the menu price or what to do to fix it. She suggested maybe it was because of the fries, but I showed her on the menu where it says all meals come with fries. She took down my number and said she'd have the owner contact me. It's been a full week and I haven't heard anything from them. If it says 17.65 on the plastic covered menu at our table for dine-in, and it says 17.65 on the paper menus by the front cash, why is my bill showing a 21.60 subtotal for that item? I'd just like a little compensation for the overcharge on my next visit, plus a genuine apology for the initial problem and lack of communication. Otherwise, I'd give this place 5/5 stars, but I've knocked two off for those two issues. Also, it's not showing in the little buttons underneath this box for recommendations, but if you like blue cheese I 100% recommend the Stowaway burger. Best burger I've ever had in my life.

Editing to add that there won't be a next time out of principle. They've had three weeks to make this right and choose to brush it off. One star for overcharging and lack of customer service.

Great Burger, shake and ice cream spot. Staff was courteous and attentive. Food was great, prepared quick and tasty. Definitely will stop in here again.

Quaint little restaurant. We stopped for ice cream only, so don't know how the burgers are. It was very good and the young lady who served us was very pleasant.

One of the worst dry burgers I’ve ever had! Footlong hotdog was about 5 inches! Service was ok, the drug addict sleeping in the dinning area turned me off! Will not be back

Delicious food and very sweet employees.the burgers tasted like high quality fancy restaurant burgers and the poutine had the perfect gravy!

Visited today for the first time. We decided to try it out for lunch as we had $50.00 in cottage country spirit vouchers. My oldest ordered a Footlong hot dog which was not in fact a Footlong. So they charged us as a kids meal instead. Burgers were dry. Fries were good. We went to pay and we were told we could only use 4 of our $10 vouchers because we only got 4 meals. That’s fine. Then the server came out again and said because we only got a kids meal and it was under $10.00 we couldn’t use another voucher. The server was great. But I doubt we will be back again.

First impression, it is immaculately cleaned. Staff was very friendly. Food was great! I drove by twice tho, needs better road side advertising for being open/closed. I’ll be back for sure.

It is an exceptional burger, fries, and milkshake place plus an ice cream shoppe. Any ice cream can be made into a milkshake. Peanutbutter, chocolate was excellent.

Fresh, not frozen quality choice burgers are traditional with cheese or try the ones with a bit of adventure (think brie cheese, fancy mustard - the Pioneer Burger). Upgrade your fries to mouth-watering poutine.

Indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly staff. They do warn that peanuts are in their food.

Been here many times and always enjoyed but after today not sure if we’ll be back. All three meals were cold as well as the coffee. Hope this was a one off but won’t be back.

The girls working the counter were very friendly. That's where the positives end really; the hamburger was so thin! The Gluten free bun was beyond awful and crumbled into pieces while trying to eat it. What a let down.

Will never return. 45 minute wait with no one in front of us. It took another 15+ minutes to make our order of three mangled frozen yogurt cones from first to last, so they were melted before we could even pay. Watched the ever growing line get ignored by staff. Would have been significantly faster to drive to Gravenhurst and go to Tastebuds where they are professional, friendly and delicious.

Had a burger and fries and it was amazing! Great quality burger with with amazing toppings. Honest review 9.6/10

Overpriced for the little scoop of freezer burnt ice cream. Asked for hot caramel and recieved pancake syrup that was doused on my scoop. More syrup than ice cream. Hopefully the food is better than the ice cream.
Disappointed.

Owner is a crook. No management or proper staff anymore. It used to be good but now it’s a very Poorly run business

Alright, this was the best tasting burger I've had in 10 years. The counter help was awesome as I stood frozen trying to figure out what flavour milk shake I wanted. So many choices. Her recommendation turned out delicious. The bathroom was spotless. Apparently, this great place is owned by a woman, and her family/daughters have worked there for ages. They also own another ice cream place in town. Regardless, congrats! This is a great example of a well designed and run place. And an example of what I view is a five star burger.

Wow the burger was delicious The fries were perfect and the onion rings came with a yummy garlic dipping sauce the waitresses were very friendly. I was sharing a burger with my hubby and the waitress overhead so she had it already divided and in my own basket.

The Burgers were tasty, very clean washrooms and dining room. A very large selection of icecream oh my. Will be back.

Food was way over priced for what it is. It's a burger shop, not 5 star dining. Could use a facelift inside. Very outdated
