All of the burgers and fries are great! Wish they had an onion ring option here. Floor is always greasy feeling.

Young gentlemen working today (satuday) was very pleasant both on the phone and in person!

Good burgers. Good Fries! Honestly I would give a higher rating if it didn’t take so many additional steps when paying to not leave a tip. I don’t like being forced to tip. It is a take out burger place not fine dining.

Just had the chicken low pries, stern fries and the California burger. One the best meat burgers I have ever had I will definitely be coming back again, only thing is that the regular fries could be better but the stern fries is so good although some reviews on it were not recommending it. Also the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

I have been here two times and the employees are crazy good. The first time they let me have a free milkshake and the next time my card wasn’t working so they paid for my food and I found another way to give them payment. Phenomenal.

The best gluten free bun hands down and the food is amazing! Authentic smash burgers and fresh toppings! Staff is also very friendly!

Whenever me and my boyfriend come in we get usually get alex, such a sweetie and the food is always ready within a reasonable time even when they’re busy! Great service and the food is absolutely worth the price! Always considerate of possible allergies and always kind, I prefer coming here over the mcdonald’s across the road any day

Had a great dinner visit today with my brother. The staff were so friendly and suggested some of their popular items since I wanted to try something new from here & I’ve got to say that I can see why they are popular! We had the high priest and the bacon double cheeseburger which were made very well! The shakes are also to die for:)

We're in Canada visiting from the U. S.and wanted to take a burger home because we liked it so much after the first try in Toronto. Upon arrial, we asked the employee to help us try to preserve our burgers so that we could make it home with them. Frans went ABOVE and BEYOND! He was so helpful and very kind! The food was great!

Placed my order online at 7: 24 for pick up. The earliest time for pick up was at 7: 55. Fine no problem. Except I got there at 8: 00 and the guy behind the counter barely acknowledged me when I said I was there for pick up. At 8: 11 I went to the counter again after the couple that walked in behind me and ordered directly at the cash got their food before me. At this time the the employee said oh something happened with the receipt and it didn’t print out your entire order it’ll be up soon. He did apologize for the wait at this point, but something should’ve been mentioned when I arrived.

I also ordered mushrooms on one burger and didn’t receive any (was charged $1). The fries were extremely undercooked and almost inedible. Extremely disappointed when you pay over $60 for a meal for 3 people.

Holy smokes! The holy smokes was so delicious! I got a Holy Smokes combo with a poutine and the fries were so fresh! Great customer service from a kid named carter! He was so polite and took my order with a smile. Food was perfect and amazing!

Great place to get a burger they make them so good and quality is awesome customer service is good always consistent on what I get here always perfect thank you

My second experience was completely different. The food was great. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It defined what a burger should be. The fries were kinda bland, but, whatever. The milkshake was still the best part, honestly. They are just amazing.

Sadly, I did not have a good experience here. We ordered delivery, so the food wasn't piping hot. That's fine. But the burgers weren't worth the price. I felt like I was paying for a fine dining experience (it cost 100 to feed 4 people), but got a fast food experience. The burgers were small. They looked unappealing. We ordered a chicken burger that was burnt too. The only good thing were the milkshakes, which were amazing. I've tried reaching out through the delivery company and through the website, with no luck. I don't mean to be rude, but I would not go back here.

Don’t believe the hype. Burgers are good but not worth the money. The chicken sandwich is embarrassing. The bun was bigger then the meat. Absolute waste. Fries are amazing. Staff was great. 1 burger, 1 chicken burger 1 fry and 2 shakes was over $30 and was not better then McDs. Which is sad.

Definitely a good burger! The helping of fries was generous. I did find the burger to be a bit overcooked. The huge! Mushroom on top was a bit overcooked. I appreciate the fact it was busy but to be the Priest the burger and toppings have to be well presented and broil to perfection!

I generally don’t post reviews as more times than not I simply don’t care…. That said, and in my opinion, I would suggest that you save your money and head to Harvey’s. For my son’s birthday we ordered 4 burgers, 3 fries, 1 poutine, 3 milkshakes. Total with tip was $89; which is alot of money (to most). The burgers were small and for the price that we paid, nowhere near a value, even for the premium that we paid. The meat patties were of McDonalds quality/size and overall tasteless. I think at one time that Burgers Priest was likely providing a great burger that was worth the price; which was what I had expected. If I pay a premium for a meal, I expect a premium product. If you are expecting anything other than an INCREDIBLY expensive meal that compares to McDonalds, perhaps rethink the idea of going to Burgers Priest. I won’t make the same mistake again.

Follow Up: Burgers Priest reached out to me (below) to “make it right”, and I respect that. However, it was not my intent in leaving this review to be compensated; pay me to go away. Rather, it was to let those behind me know what might be ahead. Respectfully to BP, please just offer a product that is in line with what you are charging; make “the juice worth the squeeze” so to speak.

Great food & service, had a small mix-up with my order and manager went out of his way to make it right.

Terrible experience they lie to you on the wait time and the manager is unprofessional and very rude.

First time there. Really enjoyed my sandwich, the quality is there to justify the price. Will be returning to test more of the menu.

Excellent food however I had to clean my own table to eat and no employees cleaned the other tables while I was there.

The cooks added the wrong topping after they asked 3 times what was on the burger.

1 star based on menu setup and prices: wanted a Vatican with only 1 patty instead of 2 and they charge 3.25$ for an 'extra patty' but when deducting the patty to 1 they didnt want to take off 3.25 so the price for 1 vs 2 patty was 0.80 cents difference lol. Makes no absolute sense

This place was amazing all the way from the outstanding customer service to the tasty burger and Poutine I had. I didn’t get the workers names but whoever was working today at 3;30pm thank you for your service. My coworkers and I really appreciated it.

My partner and I ordered a regular cheese burger combo and the “Big Mac style” burger combo last night.
The wait was long … which is fine… however when we got home to eat the burgers mine had no sauce on it which I had ordered and asked for.
Was disappointing considering I asked the for secret sauce and was looking forward to that flavour. I was unable to meet that craving with the regular ketchup and mustard I had at home. Otherwise customer service was good, just disappointing with the price we paid to not get what I wanted.

They were out of blue cheese and gave me a regular single burger but on skip the dishes I paid for a blue cheese burger which is a big price difference

This location is trash, went there twice well within their business hours and they were closed both times

The Stern fries are not enjoyable. All I could taste was onion and I don't think there was cheese on them.
The "Big M@c" style burger was bland and boring.
I was expecting better.
The fries themselves were good, crispy and tasty.
The "Magnum" was delicious.
The "Hot & Honey" chicken sandwich was good.

Overall I give 3 stars because most of it was good. Overpriced for sure. Better burgers that are never boring are The Works just down the road.

A couple years ago are used to love this location. But the last two times I’ve ordered from there I was extremely disappointed. The burgers were tiny, the buns were still, the toppings are not good. Ended up paying about $30 for what I could’ve gotten for five dollars at McDonald’s. Save your money going to make double off the value pics menu.

Smallest burger ever. Fries were very good. Lots of them but the burger was so small and talk about stingy on the toppings. Hubby asked for bacon and got one tiny piece. Upper James Hamilton location

Price is good.
Fries aren't the greatest. They are better after you bring them home and reheat them in the oven.
Burger was pretty good but small and the topping (tomatoes, lettuce) weren't that good.

Order 2 cheeseburger combos and a chocolate milkshake for my child. Got the food delivered, it was cold and the milkshake had spilled in the bag. My kid had a 1/4 cup of a 5.99 milkshake.

3rd Time's the Charm.

Burgers Priest is delicious. Their burgers, chili, and fries are all very tasty. The best is the Priest. The problem is that they've messed up our orders 3x in a row. They mix up instructions, forget items, and add things no one asked for. I've literally thrown out three meals in a row, picking around secondary items or just eating the fries when my burger is covered in garbage like pickles and mustard. Do not order from here unless you want the menu item exactly as described.

The employees don’t label the burgers, so I accidentally ate a beef burger, I have been vegetarian my whole life. So spending most of my night in the bathroom wasn’t fun. Will not be returning.

I was in the area and had a craving for a good burger so I gave this place a try. I had the Vatican City burger and fries. The burger was a perfect size and was so good. It was one of the best burgers I've had at a "burger restaurant". The fries were good too and you get a quite a bit. I will definitely be going back.

I have been coming to this place since its opened and they have always been consistent with their quality of meals and hospitality. Shay is a phenomenal employee who will go out of her way to help people and is overall a great help

The burgers were great as usual, but almost ate a small pebble that was in my fry bag. Could of chipped a tooth. Zero reason a pebble should be anywhere close to my food.

Really Good Burgers. Good Fries. Small but usually there are enough seatings. I do find thema bit smaller than other burgers the same price.

Freshly made and using fresh ingredients makes a huge difference compared to other fast food joints.

I ordered using uber eats and burger was supposed to be without bacon. However, there was piece of bacon and I only noticed it because it was visible from edge. I’m a muslim and I can’t eat bacon. Not happy with quality of food and definitely can’t trust them with my food.

For people looking for halal, Their food isnt halal, just posting this bcz there's one other review mentioning halal. Please call and verify beforehand.

Always a great place to get a burger with very nice staff. We come from Norfolk country just for burger priest. Highly recommend the Vatican City!

I live out of town and can always could on great burgers here. Gotta try the Vatican City. You won’t regret it

If I could give 0 stars I would. I witnessed one of the managers continuously yell at an employee for "not doing the job right" when they clearly are not doing anything wrong. Me and a few other customers let them know that its okay and nothing is being done wrong. Overall poor place, mediocre food, and I don't enjoy watching employees clean things in front of me. Will not come again, and don't recommend.

Always a delight dealing with this burger priest. Great food great staff and a friendly environment. Highly recommend them. Also try there secret "token sauce".

Really disappointed in my order. Ordered a hamburger for my boyfriend and asked for bacon on it, which costs extra. Got home and noticed they put 1 tiny slice of bacon on it. My burger was so greasy it was all I could taste. The entire wrapper was soaked in grease as well.

SO DISAPPOINTED! Every time I order form here I usually love it but recently I’ve been so disappointed with the quality of the food! The burger was burnt and the fries were stale. The milkshake has these creamy bits. I don’t think I’ll order from here again

Damn, these are some fresh and delicious burgers! My first time ordering here and I am impressed. We ordered a few chicken burgers and my husband got a double cheeseburger (not sure which one) as well with some fries. All of the burgers were super tasty, hot and fresh. I have nothing bad to say. The fries were also great and I regretted not trying the gravy with them.
I would highly recommend and I WILL be back for more!

We ordered take-out today for the first time from Burger Priest. We have always enjoyed our food when we dined in. This time we were extremely disappointed. The burgers and fries were tasty but the burgers were so small compared to the times we have eaten at the restaurant. We could not believe it. We should have ordered from A&W and would have been satisfied with the quality and price. For the portion sizes, Burger Priest is overpriced

Food always tastes good. Unsure why they got rid of the Heavy, bad call. Ordering through order apps I.e. Doordash, Uber Eats takes FOREVER. Always delayed which is really unfortunate because the burgers are great. Need improvement.

Bought lunch for a crew of 5 as a reward at the end of the job. A few of the orders had missing condiments that were expected as they were in the description of the burger (like blue cheese) but it didn't matter. Food was awesome, and all were very satisfied. Recommended for a treat if you are a fan of burgers!

Great service and good prices

I had an issue with my order I received from Uber Eats so I called The Burger's Priest. Asked to speak to a manager. The manager, (by the name of Clarke) was extremely apologetic and offered me a free meal. When I said that I still needed the food for tonight (as it was my dinner) he was very understanding. Clarke brought me the food PERSONALLY, he drove it out to me. He went above and beyond his duty as a manager and I commend him for that. Thanks Clarke and Burger's Priest team!

Ordered two low priest burgers and the estimate time was about 20 minutes.when I arrived 10 minutes early they started working on my order and I was out of there with my favorite burgers in no time.

We were SO looking forward to our first ever BP experience, and feel completely let down.

Hubby ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger Single with The Works. Based on web description (“Canadian bacon”), he was expecting peameal bacon, so was disappointed to see regular bacon.

I ordered the Blue Steel Single, but there was barely any blue cheese on my burger. I actually had to open the burger to see if it had been forgotten! Found literally one small dot on the burger.

Fries were ice cold.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. We won’t be ordering again.

Burger is average at best a bit dry. Fries overdone.many burned bits.like I got bottom of basket.
