The restaurant made my day. I came in with my friends and the cashier Khushi made sure all of our order was perfect. Great atmosphere as well. Highly recommended.
Another place all Indians working with no manners and all the staff so rude. This is the 3rd time going there late nite and every time I go, workers friends or family come there and they talk in their Indian language so they can get free or discount food.
Thankyou so much Prateek and Khushi for the great hospitality, amazing food to must try it again, its just we wanted to dine in but had to take-out due to heat inside, I appreciate the staff working at the grille specially. Thanks
Terrible service and very bad service, very little friendliness, the burgers are only acceptable, nothing extraordinary, maybe some of the people who serve there are not the right ones. We wanted to eat there and they gave us takeaway service.
I've ordered here a few times now for my lunch break and they have never disappointed! Food is always hot and fresh, and staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend this place for awesome food and great service! Shobi is super nice!
Super helpful staff when we made an error ordering. Clearly care about their customers. Also try their chicken, the chicken bacon ranch is delicious and just perfectly crispy. Clearly nothing here is ever frozen.
The food is great although it’s not great value for the price and sometimes over salted. Do not order delivery unless you are prepared to handle problems (eg definitely not for a special occasion). The staff are not able to correctly pack delivery orders. If you order a combo with a burger they will miss the fries and/or drink. They forget gravy and small sides at least 75% of the time. The money is quickly refunded but it’s not worth the hassle of not knowing which items in your order will show up
Burgers were good but not cheap at all. Very tiny portion almost looked like a kids meal. I'm an adult last time I checked. I'm not sure if they'll see me again
So disappointing. Bun was really stale. Was my first time getting a priest since covid and I had throw the bun away. If you are going to charge $12 for a burger it had better be worth it.
Im traveling every for work and tired of fastfood. This place give me a new taste and new definition of burger. My travel day has more energy w lunch at burger priest.
Burgers are very good quality, with some unique creations on their menu.price is on the higher side of things even for the area, but still worth it on the occasion.the fries are excellent too.
The floors felt greasy and they were disgustingly dirty, We waited 45 minutes for 6 burgers which were overpriced and not even that big, The burgers were obviously frozen and the lettuce and tomatoes tasted not even close to fresh, you could find better and bigger burgers at mcdonalds for less! $64? ! Omg they were the size of baby burgers in a kids meal! The staff was rude and started yelling and getting mad at us when we said that we were hungry and if the food wasn't out soon, then we would ask for a refund and leave. The only reason it wasn't a 1 was because the fries were good. Very un-satisfied and will never come back!
Fantastic burgers, wouldn’t say the best though. The meat is quality, no one can say they are not! Love the atmosphere as well, staff is super chill too.
This joint is about 5 minute on foot from the light house and the pier, which is where all the foot traffic and the other busy restaurants are. That is a plus in my book as it was not packed with sweaty people on the hot sunday afternoon when we were there. The double beef bacon burger was ok.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The burger was cooked well, had great flavour, and was not overwhelmed by topping flavours. The french fries were amazing. Since we forgot the ketchup, I ate them plain and they were good enough to eat this way.
I like the fact that they came up with a low carb option like the" keto bun", the Pattie is tasteful but it could do with more flavours and prices a bit high for a burger.
Decent food. I would recommend the fiery furnace. I’m not a huge fan of the beef burgers here. It’s something about the bun and pattie that’s not my favourite. However I always would recommend the chicken strips in hot sauce. So good and so tender. Consistently great every time
Friendly cheerful staff. The Option, which is their vegetarian burger, is a deep fried portobello filled with cheese. It's good, but the cheese is a bit much for me.
Being a huge burger fanatic and being local to the Port Credit region has encouraged me to give Burger Priest a couple chances. Every time I have been to this establishment, I have been disappointed beyond even my lowest expectations.
Walking in, it's kind of a trendy place to be. It really is an aesthetically cool place to be, with biblical quotes written on the walls and confession booth decor. However, I don't want to a restaurant for the visually appeal, I walk in for the food.
The burgers are pricey, but I'm more than willing to pay extra for a good meal. Except the quality is absolutely atrocious. My meal is always DRIPPING in grease, the meat squirts grease with every bite, the buns are always soggy, and my tomatoes are always a bright yellow colour. I usually can't finish the burger before I feel like puking. The also greasy fries aren't crispy and always taste like raw potatoes.
This is NOT just one bad experience. I have tried it, swore it off and then would come back a year later to find nothing has changed. I've complained many times online and was never met with any response. The management doesn't care, the quality is horrible for it's insane prices.
I'm just waiting for the Burger Priest to go out of business. If you're looking for a good burger and you're willing to pay an extra buck, try the Works across the street. It's way more edible than the Burger Priest.
Awful experience, they put too much salt on the patty it was almost inedible, and they forget to put my toppings on and it was not even busy, and too expensive, skip this place, not worth it.
Good Experience, loved the name, the meat was good, the cheese was good as well. The idea with the mural on the wall got me laughing and had to take a video of it.price is a little high, but not to the point that stops me from making a 2nd visit. Oh and I loved the decoration.
I've been told that The Burger's Priest is the Shake Shak of Canada, and since I've been craving for a Shake Shak burger ever since my one time in NYC, I had to try this place out. I've past by this restaurant at the Lakeshore location and have always seen it busy with long lines and filled up tables, and the smell of the burgers and fries coming from there would tempt me but I always restrained as I try to stay away from fast food. Since my cravings got the best of me I finally decided to give it a try. At this location the restaurant is very small, with like 6 small tables max. They have only one vegetarian option and just recently got a special fried chicken burger, while the rest are beef burgers. I wanted to be on the safe side and so I ordered the regular cheeseburger, while my brother ordered the fries and the vegetarian burger, which was a fried mushroom stuffed with cheese. There is no table service so when we walked up to the counter the lady taking the orders was not very friendly, but that didn't really bother me. I noticed that for our burgers we had a very limited choice of toppings that could be added. We received a number and had to wait and listen for it to be called. Our order must have taken around 10 minutes, which made this place not so much of a fast food option. The serving size did shock me. Both our burgers were literally the size of a slider, which was not worth the price. I see why people choose larger options from their menu, as a regular cheeseburger may only fill a child. My burger was amazing though. What made it amazing for me was not only the juicy meat but mostly the bun. Their buns were the softest buns I've ever had, which were amplified by their addition of a smear of butter on the inside. My brothers first bite of his mushroom burger resulted in cheese bursting out, which wasn't a bad thing. So, in my opinion, I think these burgers may be competitive to Shake Shak burgers. The only thing that they need to improve is their serving size or their prices, because compared to other fast food burger places they were much more expensive. Also, their lack of a variety of additional toppings was another disadvantage. Despite this, I will definitely return and recommend to all those who don't mind paying a bit more for a quality fast food burger.
Quality wise and flavor and presentation. For such as expensive burger I got a better quality in a mall burger tbh. Almost 12cad for a priest one. Never coming back. Bread poor in flavor and patties were flavorless. Even the sauce omg worst than ketchup itself. To proclaimed gourmet this spot has a lot a lot to do. Sad
The food was average, costumer service was pretty good. No fountain drinks. Tables were a little small and could be difficult to move things around, esp with kids.
