Always incredible food and service! Obsessed with Curry Chips, so grateful this place exists

Favourite pub in the city for me. Coz of how much whisky they have and the Guinness on draft. My two favourite drinks in the world. The food is amazing too… scotch eggs, haggis and my favorite sticky toffee pudding. Highly recommend

I’ve been trying to get to this spot for years now, and was not disappointed. The food was INCREDIBLE. Do yourself a favour and get the Haggis Fritters with the Steak pie.

The staff were awesome. We’ve been to a LOT of restaurants this year alone, from Lake Temagami to Tobermory and Toronto, and everything in between and this was hands down the best staff and service yet.

Having been to Isle of Skye several times, this is the closest place that has ever felt like Scotland, and it was awesome. The only thing missing was some jigs and reels playing, that’s my only complaint.

10/10, can’t wait to come back.

I love this place! Donna is one of a kind, an amazing host to her beautiful pub. You get banter, amazing pints, even better food (try the haggis!) And of course the crazy selections of whiskey! You need visit this place and believe me you'll be back

Cosy and authentically Scottish pub with a secluded patio out back. Solid tap list and a novella-sized whisky selection. Recommend the sharing platter for those curious about Scottish cuisine; or you could throw caution to the wind.and get the chips with curry sauce!

Brilliant food, service is fantastic. Will definitely be back. Collection of scotch is amazing & the sticky toffee pudding is gorgeous

The towels are the exact right moisture when they wipe the tables. I was hand fed a deep fried egg. 10/10 bring your grandmother.

I've been wanting to try Caledonian for quite awhile now but haven't had the chance till recently.
Came here to try some scotches as they have a selection of over 600 incredible!
Me and wife decided to have the food as well.
The owner which is wonderful sat us down before they even were supposed to open.
We orders the fish and chips and the Steak Pie. What a wonderful experience. Food was incredibly tasting, fresh with tender chunks of steak and fresh cut thin delicious fries.
Then tried one of the scotches on the menu. Good size in the glencarin glass.
You could even have a flight of scotches and even call ahead and choose your own flight selection.
I would definitely recommend anyine who loves pub food, great Scottish beer selections including the belhaven dark. And a huge scotch and whiskey menu to try from. Absolutely wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back and brkng others.

The quality of the food has really gone downhill which is disappointing. This used to be one of the few places where you could get authentic British food. They can't even fully fry chips which is the bare minimum. When we sent it back we overhead the chef say "this is just how Yukon Gold fry, they stay soggy". When I can do better chips at home in my air fryer it's not worth the hassle.

Been coming here for years.an really disappointed with the service.

Got food poisoning was served raw food and when complained got dismissive comments and the staff just laughed it off.

Having to fight about the bill at the end is well is just exhausting.

Gutted because this was one of my favorite places to go to in the city.

Scotches over here, scotches over there, can't get enough of the scotches. I'll NEVER BE ABLE TO DRINK THEM ALL but I keep coming back! The staff are amazing and SO knowledgeable, every question I asked was answered.

Food is decent. But beware in large groups. They won’t tell you there’s already a 20% tip added to your bill. Do not tip on top again.

Went for the whiskey tasting event. Host was knowledgeable and friendly. I hit the dish waitress was serving by accident and my fish and chips went flying. They replaced it and cleaned it no problem. Had a fun time with my friends. My friends devoured the mars bar and sticky toffee pudding so I'm sure they are great!

A really good place if you love whiskey! Also one of the very rare places to serve the exact same Guiness as found in Ireland

Huge whiskey selection. Amazing whiskey cocktails. Great food. Good atmosphere. Recommended!

If you’re not physically in Scotland, why on earth would you want to go anywhere else.

We loved visiting this pub. It's a true Scottish place in the middle of the city with a peaceful patio in the back. Love the haggis! We will definitely be back!

Had a nice night out with some friends on Saturday. The bit of food we had was great, the atmosphere was nice and quiet (the way a pub should be), and we all got to try a few different scotch whiskies that we otherwise would not have. The waitresses were both delightful as well.

I'd definitely return.
