The Cannabist Shop

Another weird store, staff refused to check the dates on the weed. Staff aren't knowledgeable and probably have never smoked proper marijuana

I am NOT a patron of this shop. I am STANDING outside on the public sidewalk when a man who works here spots my autistic child from inside the store he begins to discuss with the patrons of the store how much son is making faces and bothering him.from outside.and how he needs to go handle him. The woman comes out so bothered she tells me the disgusting things this man was saying. I go inside to confront him to which he immediately starts yelling and steps so close to my face his spit flies into my mouth I asked him to please hit me so I can have him arrested a woman who was also there tries to make excuses saying he has to deal with so many crazies coming into the shop WE WERE NOT IN THE SHOP we were on public sidewalk.he then says his child is 4 years old and autistic so he has the right to handle my child.he most definitely does not. I leave the shop where he AGGRESSIVELY follows me I close the door on him twice as he was making me feel incredibly unsafe I had secured my child away from him already as I was told he uses heavy drugs and not to instigate him by the woman who came out. This entire establishment is absolutely disgusting for supporting this behaviour.

Best in Downtown Kitchener, always have great deals and they arent uptight like alot of downtown buisnesses. It may be the product that helps

I had the worst customer service EVER at this store. The guy working was in a very obvious bad mood and was very short with me. I had to leave. Hat.beard and very skinny. June 2nd 2023. I will never go back.

Went at 10: 50 on a Friday night (April 14/23) & the guy said he already closed. To the owner of this dispensary, please tell your employees that if hours are posted till 11: 00 pm, they should be open till then.

Don’t go close to close, you’ll inconvenience them by making them do their job again. Not accepting cash before close? To encourage people to come in before close? Cool business model, glad it’s working for you.
