The Career Foundation

I joined CTC in April 2023, and I had very good experience, team helps with building resume, grooming and finding right job for you, vrunda and Christina helped me through the process and also after getting job vrunda stayed in contact with me about job work environment and how I was doing at job.

I joined the CTC program back in 2019 when I was having a hard finding a job.

They did a great job in helping me update my resume, work on my interviewing skills, sending me out for interviews and eventually, landing a job.

Thank you so much for helping me out when I was going through a difficult time in my life. I would definitely recommend you to anyone in the future.

I signed up for the Completing The Circle Program and it's been amazing! Receiving feedback on my resume and cover letter, having the chance to gain more certifications and skills, and building on my interview skills and job hunting techniques has been incredibly useful and refreshed my confidence after a hard year-long job search during the pandemic! Yenna, Cristina, and Kamar went above and beyond to make sure we all feel much better and more prepared to tackle the market. I cannot thank them enough! Definitely recommended this program to my circle as well.:)

Completing the circle is an amazing way for individuals experiencing setbacks to understand the visible and hidden job market, and how to sell themselves accordingly. The team (Yenna, Christina, and Kamar) works hard to see you progress and get the results you desire. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, since it's great way to build your foundational skills.

Completing the circle was full of genuine, hard working facilitators. During my time in this program they all went above & beyond to help me succeed. I am so grateful that i was able to experience these people & the environment such as the other participants. They taught me a lot of life skills i can now take with me & provided me with support i didn't know I needed. Thank you to everyone who allowed me to be apart of this circle especially Yenna, Kamar & Nimra who have been so understanding. I strongly recommend people to join this program to help them grow in terms of skills & career life/goals. Amazing people 10/10

The Completing The Circle program was truly a memorable experience. I learned a lot in the short time i was with them. They took the time to get to know us all and help us with our strengths and weaknesses. They made sure i was comfortable and helped me come out of my shell. I got to know myself as a person a lot better and im grateful for that. If i could give 1000 stars i would! Thank you to the CTC staff Yenna Cristina & Kamar. I am new to the country and i had a very hard time to find a job. At the Career Foundation they helped me to find the job i was looking for. In Completing the Cirle group i learnt how to prepare my resume, cover letter and answering interview questions. In this program i was also trained for Soft Skills, Conflict Resolution & WHIMIS, Costumer service excellent & AODA, First Aid.
The staff worked really hard with everyone at the class. Thank you Nora, Whitney and Kristen for all the support.
This program fulfilled all my expectations!

I went to this program to learn skills and get a job which I did. I did another program before but this one is better. The employment teacher makes group fun and really knows how to deal with a bunch of youth and you can talk to her about anything. The job developers are younger so they are easy to talk to to and will help you get a job. They will also check up on you when your working to make sure you are ok. The manager is OK but talks way too much and it gets old fast. Just act like you are listening. Shes out of touch with our age group. She'll try to convince you to do things you don't want to so just agree so she stops. But seriously you should go to this program to get a job.
