I've recently had a very positive experience at this location. The staff offer great services, and everyone seems to be interested in the success of the job seeker, and I always felt welcomed and helped when I was there. It's a great team, and I appreciate their efforts to help me.

The Path to Customer Success (Path2CS) program is really a good initiative by the Career Foundation organization. A successful completion of this program and Maham Khalid’s (from Lawrence Allen) continuous efforts to connect me with several employers have ultimately helped me to get a wonderful job in a very well-reputed organization. Maham is truly hard-working, dedicated and very inspiring. I am extremely grateful to her for providing support, guidance and encouragement through the entire job search process.

They share resources for getting back into the work force. My resume must have been outdated by 15 years and they saw how to improve it.

I was laid off & was referred to The Career Foundation. I met with Brent and right away he helped me create a resume & begin my application for second career. I'm now attending a training program for my class AZ licence. I appreciate the opportunity and help provided from everyone. Brent went above and beyond with walking me through the steps. After my application was submitted he would call and check in with me and give me any updates. Ive even received a call while I was in my training to see how I was doing. Thanks again!

I initially got in touch with The Career Foundation as I realized I needed help with my resume. Since this was during Covid, everything was over the phone and via email. The first conversation with Ms. Lisa Liu, my employment specialist, included almost an hour long critique of my resume! I could not believe how little I knew or all of the things that were getting in the way of my job search- just the initial critique made me more aware of how much I really needed professional help! That is just the first part of the services they provide.

I will not go into too many details, but here is a brief summary: With Lisa’s help, I was able to fix and update my resume, updating my LinkedIn, updating my resume on other websites, what employers are looking for on resumes, figuring out which jobs to apply for, how to apply for them, countless resources, interview preparation, and post-interview advice! They keep working with you until you get a job.

I am so grateful to The Career Foundation for all of their help. My Employment Specialist, Lisa Liu, was very kind, always supportive, encouraging, believed in me even when I was doubtful, and kept pushing me forward! I would call and email her all the time- and she was always there whenever I had any questions. I have learned so much thanks to her.

If you are having trouble finding a job or even think your resume could use some work, I would definitely reach out. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I wish all of you the very best in your job/career search!

Nicole was very helpful with registering for the empowering abilities program and also with the interview skills training imparted by her, finding an employment was less of a challenge than it had been. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

This place is just bizarre and unprofessional so as the people who work here. Girl at the front rude, won’t give any info until you register. Since they get money from ministry for every SIN they enter into system. So this is her job to rush you into signing up. Other Counsellors like to gather around and gossip. They don’t care if you are standing and need help for an hour. Trust me they can gossip for hours. Counsellors don’t care if you have a job or what you came for they will tell, you are and have been horrible person for all your life. They have no idea about ministry services at all. Manager don’t seems to be interested in addressing any issue rather than just putting in their time. Employment Ministry don’t care about service standards provided by these agencies because there are none. Horrible place. I wonder if all other employment agencies are like this?

An unresponsive and inconsiderate branch. Expect to be ignored by employment advisers at this location.
