Extremely disappointed with the service at Career Foundation. Despite explicitly explaining my urgent situation and school starting in two months, they insisted on registration before providing any assistance. Upon arrival, they claimed they could only help with career-related matters, despite initially assuring they could aid me. The staff appeared unprepared and unsure of how to assist, leaving me with no resolution and wasted time. Their approach seemed more focused on registering me than genuinely helping. Such unprofessional conduct could potentially cause significant delays and inconvenience.

I had an amazing experience with Career foundation! I graduated from a program CyberSecurity. It was such a great support throughout the whole journey. Tons of thanks to Zahid, Maham, Urooba. Zahid always give us information about new job openings. And actually with his help I got a fantastic job just several weeks ago. All knowledge that we acquired during the program is very helpful for my new workplace cause it is highly focusing on Information Security. So my highest rating and recommendations for this program.

This was my very first experience with any of the Canadian agency and I am pleased that I chose Career Foundation. As a new comer I was blank and was unaware how to start the job hunt and all of sudden I came across their page while surfing web and based on the reviews I took a leap of faith and booked my appointment with them. Jeasette was my advisor and she was great in her work. She was very patient while working with me. I came across Sue Jia, who helped me to reach the appropriate employer. They all are very professional and efficient in their work. Vrunda Bhatt from their team helped me to learn more about gaining the experience by sharing different programmes while I was waiting for the perfect job. The virtual hiring event was on 12 May 10 am to 1 pm which was today for hospitality and Eunice is mailing me to participate in it at 1pm today which also 12 may. I wanted to post the picture of it so you guys can see but I was not sure if I can. But, just wanted to tell you that don’t do this kind of stuff because people come to you because they trust and in hope that you will help them but not like this. And if you have to fulfill you quota to send emails than at least do on time. Thanks very upset and even after sending an email there is no courtesy to reply back. Please remove me from your list.

Career foundation is one of the best consulting recruiters firms out there and I am glad to have met with Deepa, Urooba & Rija who has helped me through this difficult time. It was hard for me to find a job.
Deepa approached me and helped me to registered for the training and Urooba matched me with my dream role straight away and I was blown away by how perfect it was both career and personality-wise.
Rija provided the necessary information to ace the interview. She promptly responded to calls and emails. Not only do they help you find one, they help you prepare by giving as much information as possible and by sharing interview prep tips.

The Career Foundation is wonderful organization with staff absolutely dedicated to your success. If it's a new job, or new career path you're seeking; they have the tools, resources and connections for you to succeed. I actually fell through the cracks and got lost; but that's what makes my story more wonderful. Patricia Lewis reached out to me, to check on me, and see how things were going. I let her know I was still looking for work and somehow lost touch with my counselor. Patricia reconnected me with Salama Karim, and once we were reconnected she sent me all kinds of opportunities. I want to thank Salama Kareem and Natalia Tanceva of the Career Foundation for the excellent assistance I received over the course of the past 3 weeks. Salama is a professional placement advisor who worked with intensity, due diligence, and urgency to help me transition to a new post-retirement career after I had served the engineering sector up till age 68. Throughout the short period of our inter-action, Salama pro-actively searched for and provided me with new placement opportunities, re-training options, and referral linkages relevant to this new phase in my working-life. With Salama's efforts and initiative, I successfully enrolled in a 3 week Ontario funded training program, subsequent to which I will now be placed on 6 weeks paid probation with a reputable company I wish to permanently serve.

Salama, the employment specialist, provided great resources and has been incredibly supportive and accommodating, she also went out of her way to find resources that were local to my area of residence. The processes for signing up also went smoothly and she was also thorough in explaining everything from how to use their website to services I would have access to.

Career Foundation has assisted in hiring of employees for our small business for almost 2 years. They have been an invaluable resource and more than half our team members now come through Career Foundation. In particular, Natalia T has been fantastic to work with. She is equally balanced in helping the employers and the candidates in finding a good fit. As a small business, we sometimes need to move quickly and have to have a direct relationship with employment agency to find candidates with the right fit.
