I must say this is the most amazing foundation I have seen in my entire life. I am so Emotional typing this, All the staffs are Amazingly Adorable, From Cat, Terra Blunt, Tayyaba and more I can’t recall the names. Trust me if you are looking for an employment opportunity this is the right place to be, they helped me get my job and with the best brilliant coaches from the career foundation I learnt everything on what is takes to become successful in looking for a Job. Above all they are so professional in what they do. I learnt alot and I am so grateful for leaning I feel like learning is more important to me now than the job because you need to learn and know the tactics in seeking for a job which now I got the both already. At career foundation you will be so satisfied in what ever answers and employment opportunities you are looking for. The major goal is developing human potential. I found The Career Foundation's services very helpful. I was assigned Nikki Del Rio and she was always respectful and kind and I could tell had my best interests in mind. She helped me develop my resume, prepare for interviews, and followed up with my progress. For anyone considering these services, I would recommend it. My only advice is to come prepared. It's much easier for someone to help improve a pre-existing resume than start from scratch. But through the Career Foundation's help I was able to get a job!:)

I just registered with The Career Foundation not to long ago. I'm extremely happy to have found this agency. They offered lots of free workshops, resources, free certificates, apprenticeships, mentorship and so forth. I have a great Employment Specialist Nikki del Rio who is very patient, resourceful, and kind. She's very attentive, always available when in need and always updating you of any new progress.

As I am a new immigrant to Canada, and I do not have any Canadian work experience or any network or connections, It was really a tough challenge for me to land my first job in Canada. After my registration with the Career Foundation in assisting me in finding a job, I could be able to get my first job offer in a concise period of time. Staffs at Career Foundation are really amazing, very kind, keen to help, and professional. I reached out to the Careers foundation while i was job hunting and they helped me secure a position. My employment Specialist Yasmin Ali was very efficient, empathetic, and wise. With her guidance, i was able to get exactly the type of job that i was looking for. She optimized my resume and cover letter, and helped me cater my resume and cover letter to my desired job. If you are searching for a Job, This is the place to go. It is not a job agency. They never ever take your money. Instead, they discuss with you and try to find the best, most suitable job for you. They even train you for the interviews and may help you to process your resume. Remember that they are trying to help us. It is not their duty. It is a privilege since this dedicated team of people never suck your money or you never pay them for the service.
I found a good job thanks to them. Kathy Wohlfeld, Hitomi Soso, Mariam Hassan some of the wonderful people I found there. It is the place to find a job in Canada whether you are new to the country or not. I highly recommend this place

The Career Foundation is an amazing service available for young adults who are having difficulty finding a job. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a job to come in and have the friendly staff assist you.

For a long time I was looking for work with nothing in sight and then I found about the career foundation. I called the office at 2150 Islington to inquire about the types of services they provide. Over the phone, someone kindly gave me an overview of how the career foundation can help me with employment. They provide workshops, coaching, and also have a wide network of companies and employers they work with. They will let you know of any job fairs or network events that are relevant to you. I went in to sign up and my experience was great! I did the workshop improving on interview skills, resume and cover letter making. It looks simple but the details make a difference in these three major factors to finding a job. The staff were supportive and regularly stayed in touch with me. They updated me on any relevant job fairs, hiring events or job posts. They have so much resources and will help you in any way they can so that you can successfully find a job. As for me I now have a job I absolutely like and I give my sincere thanks to the team and support at the career foundations for that. I especially want to thank Shantal, Sarah, and Elainne for their incredible support and help. They were really professional and always gave the right type of support. I absolutely recommend anyone who needs help in finding a job to give the career foundation a try.

This Foundation is amazing, I am currently a student in high school and would recommend others to join The career Foundation. They are very helpful when it comes to needs in finding a Part-Time and Full-Time Job. I did a workshop with a very nice lady Cheryl-Lynn, she was very nice and very helpful. She also provided snacks in the workshop which was very convenient, they also payed for my food handlers certificate. I surely recommend for others to come by very nice organization!
In no way was I disappointed, everyone was very polite and respectful.

The people at there are very supportive, friendly, and helpful. Very greatful for their services and the lessons learned!

Professional, Resourceful, Prompt and Supportive is how I can summarize The Career Foundation. I was associated with their Etobicoke branch. Kathy and Terra were not only helpful but supportive and encouraging. It can be extremely difficult to leave an established professional life behind and start over again from scratch. But Kathy and Terra not only understood my professional capabilities, but guided me in a very channelized and organized way in my job hunt and assured me a positive outcome soon!

It cannot be a one sided effort! Its a joint venture between the client and The Career Foundation; they will outline steps and plans to help you, but you have to make sure to put in the efforts for the plans materialize.

I landed in Canada and found it a bit difficult getting a job because I didn’t have Canadian experience. I got referred to Career Foundation Etobicoke by YMCA. Sandra and Kathy assisted me with job search and training, I was really impressed with the way they kept in touch and gave me updates on available opportunities.
They kept pushing till I got a job.
The mock interviews, and job search sessions definitely helped.
