Nice condo… has a Metro in the main floor as well as a Starbucks and some small shops.

Amazing community led by a dedicated Board and Management staff.

Frustrated by the lack of security and enforcement around the premises. There are teenage parasites out there (future well-fare benefactors for all I know) that take a sick pleasure of tagging unwanted graffiti on the walls facing Dufferin street. The fact that there are no cameras or proper fencing to prevent this is an invitation to allow young punks to tag the brick walls and give it that sense of ghetto trashiness.

Okay building, however there was water damage and the developer (Streetcar Developments) is responsible for repairs, however it has been nearly 7 months and interior repairs have not been completed. To clarify, I have been living for 7 months under constant "renovation" circumstances. Nightmare situation, Streetcar Developments is a terrible builder.

Great building and location that is crippled by one of the worst property managers in Toronto and backed by an inexperienced condo board that doesn't have the balls to fire them.

Nice building located in Queen west with a Metro grocery store on the ground. Parking however is always a challenge. Forget a parking space on the weekend.

Great party room! The decor is simply a wow moment when you walk in.
