What goes up must certainly come down? Right? Well that’s wrong. Most places jack up the prices of the cigars especially since after COVID but these guys have kept the prices low not only throughout but even after. Thanks for thinking of us common folks fellas.

I’ve been looking for Yousef Rida KayfDokha all over and thought I would just have to import it into Canada. Luckily I found this place that not only carries it but carries all the different varieties of it too. This is the only place in Toronto I have found that carries my item. Thanks a lot!

Casablanca Tobacconist is just absolutely a wonderful treat to be at. I love stopping here everytime I visit Toronto and the service has always been amazing as I can read it has been for most of the people.

Great customer service. Picked up a few stogies for the cabin and these guys are professional and very courteous. I was anxious because I was going to be late for the train so these guys really helped me pick out a few for the road with urgency. Sorry if I was a little nervous guys but thanks for being patient with me.

Hardworking staff and really good cigars make for a great conversation and friendly customer service. Prices are decent too.

The train delayed me and I came to the shop 15 minutes after closing and they were locking up. I asked if I could please get one cigar – I know it’s not a lot of money to spend but it is huge for me because I love relaxing with a cigar Friday night. These guys reopened the whole store without ever thinking twice and were very courteous.

The gentlemen there took great care of my cousin. I wanted to see if these guys are good as they say. He didn’t know anything about cigar and what to get. They were kind and professional and didn’t oversell anything to him. Tbh, he couldn’t be happier with the cigar and cigarellos he got. I highly appreciate the professionalism.

Imgonna say it but people might already know. This is the best cigar place ever in Canada. The quality, selection, conversations, knowledge, customer service and friendliness is something that cannot be beaten.

This store saved my visit to Toronto. I thought at first I would go broke buying Cuban cigars but these guys really showed me Cuban cigars that I didn’t even know existed and so affordable. Its like everyone knows Lambo and Ferrari but no one talks about the gem that is a Merc or Bmw or even a Jeep!

Stopped in to grab a stick this morning. Staff was professional, helpful and friendly and the selection was amazing. Many cubans and non-cubans that are rarely seen/hard to find elsewhere in the city. Will definitely be back.

We stopped in so my husband could get Cuban cigars as they are illegal in the states. Easily accessible off the Main Street. This store had every cigar brand imaginable and was heavily stocked. They also had the best premium brands at a decent price! It’s a small world as the owner was from the same place as my husband! They had a very nice conversation about old times as the owner was super friendly. The Cuban cigars my husband selected and smoked has an even and slow burn. The cigar was consistent throughout and there were no fillers! Very high quality cigars here. The Cubans are a little higher priced than Dominican or Honduras but rightfully so as the taste, flavor everything is much higher quality. We purchased Montecristo #2 & #4. If you get to Toronto and you’re a cigar smoker, this is THE only place you need to go for your cigar needs!

I love this store and nice guys who work there. Even with ugly tobacco and cigars federal packages, they always try to make you feel happy. Very knowledgeable. All stuff are clean, accurate and shelves are full. Humidity is normal.

This is by far the best store I have ever been in nevermind the selection of pipes and tobacco. The owner and his sons are super generous with their time and knowledge. This is the only place I will go to for pipes, tobacco and cigars. Just the best!

The biggest and best selection of cigars in the gta, including pipes, lighters, cutters, humidors and so much more. Excellent service from the family run staff, they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They will look after all your tobacco needs.

This is a fantastic cigar shop right downtown. The staff were super helpful and knew a ton about cigars. The selection is great with cigars ranging from $5ish to upwards of $100.

Some Cuban cigar store people are not able to answer questions or make the gift presentable but USMAN was able to answe all questions and had the patience to wrap each one individually for me what a great customer service looking forward to save my relationship with those cigars and make my lawyer happy too! USMAN deserve a salary increase for sure for the knowledge and patience in wrapping things!

Lighters are a bit expensive, however you'll get solid deals on quality or even cheap cigars, the employees know their products and where to find them in sore very well and can suggest a wide variety of suggestions based on your preference and taste. Their help is probably the best I've seen in the shops I've been too in the city, also they have an online catalogue now which is helpful and used to be very uncommon for shops in the core!

I've been to shops all over Canada (montreal, vancouver, winnipeg,
calgary) and I can confidently say that Casablanca has variety and prices
like no other. Customer service is always fantastic and they always have
something for everyone!

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Extremely knowledgeable staff and eager to help. Won’t be buying my cigars from anywhere but here.

Best Cigar shop in Canada I can easily say hands down. I travel for a living and never have found a proper tobacconist that knows what hes doing like you guys. And don’t get me started on the prices…lets just say your prices are unbeatable. Cheers mate

Just discovered this shop definitely will be regular customer! Great range of cigars and most important thing is knowledgeable staff who cares about customers. I got today some Italian cigars (my favorite ones) and their Cuban selection is largest I’ve seen.highly recommend

I love this place; the cigars are fresh, the place is so clean and never had a dry or stale tobacco from this place. I’m usually there 3-5 times per week and no matter what cigar I grab, it always feels like it just came freshly rolled and aged to perfection!

I just want to say you guys have the lowest prices among all cigars in ontario. Disgusting how some stores jack up the price and the quality isn’t half as good as yours. Thanks for staying true to all aficionados and customers.

By my estimation this is the best tobacconist in Toronto. I'd been in a few times over the years (old location too) as I was an occasional pipe smoker. This year, I started to smoke cigars more regularly and Casablanca was my first port of call due to close proximity. Eventually, I got the itch to travel a bit farther to try other tobacconist. I visited Thomas Hinds and Smokin Cigars. Both were perfectly pleasant with knowledgeable staff. But, compared to Casablanca, they are higher priced, have limited selection, and tend to hover over you when you're in the humidor. The gents at Casablanca are friendly and knowledgeable to the extent that a beginner or novice smoker may need. I think most of us are capable of doing our own research after a brief intro to the hobby.

In summary, great selection of cigars and the best prices I've seen in Toronto. Great staff who are friendly and let the shopper browse. Huge selection of accessories too, although I haven't paid close attention to these yet. My only gripe is that the store looks a little disorganized, but I suppose that's also part of the charm.

These guys provide wonderful service and extremely patient with new smokers. I myself am an experienced smoker but I wanted to see the advice they would give if I said I wasn’t. They gave extremely accurate advice not pushing me to name brands but asking questions to judge my taste and preference like true tobacconists – really know their stuff and super friendly. High recommend a visit to this tobacconist.

Been a cigar smoker for over 18 years and I’ve had some questionable experience with some tobacconists. I know some location sell fake cigars and wanted to see if this was true. I went and visited a few tobacconists before I came to Casablanca tobacconist. I am very pleased to say that these guys don’t sell or buy any fake cigars. The other shops owners were particularly interested if I was selling my cigars that I bought in Cuba but when I offered the same here, they said that they can only buy cigars that have duty paid and imported through licensed distributors. I’ve smoked almost all the brands at this location and from others and let me tell you these guys know how to keep a cigar fresh! I know I’m not the first to say this but top-notch tobacconist, quality customer service and friendly!

The staff here don't wear masks. We're in the middle of a pandemic. This store sells things you put in your mouth.

I walked in to see 2 staff without masks sitting next to each other. One put on a mask when I pointed at mine and said "mask? " the other just looked at me blankly and tried to wave me into the store. This doesn't feel like appropriate precautions to be taking at this point in time.

Largest humidor in all of Ontario, just an enormous selection of cigars and products. These guys keep updating their inventory and every time I visit; they got some new cigars or accessories in! Best part is the prices are fair and the customer service is always number 1.

Amazing cigar store – super clean and neat. Humidor room is very clean and smells wonderful not damp like other places. Cigars are nice and humid but not overly done and smoked smoothly. Definitely coming back for more!

Walking in this place just blows you away. Massive humidor, tons and tons of lighters, Zippos and so much stuff. Best thing was the recommendation they gave me for my dads upcoming birthday. Man, hes going to be so happy with the humidor, cutter and cigar combo I got. I gotta say, the staff was wonderful and extremely patient with me.

I wanted to say thank you gents at Casablanca especially Saad and Usama for always being kind and helpful to my girlfriend. I am not able to travel to the store myself because of my disability but these guys spoke to me on the phone for almost an hour to get an idea of my preference in cigars. My girlfriend goes down every week to pick up new cigars and they are always kind, respectful and caring always asking about me. I wanted to say this place doesn’t feel like a place I shop but more like a family because they care for you on personal level. I would give you 100 stars if I could. I came in here for a cigar and after having terrible experiences at other places, I have to say these guys know how to treat you right. PROPERLY humidified cigars and best customer service. Not even close competition – you guys are the best.
