Next time start off with an apology. Instead of apologizing in the first few sentences of their comment they proceeded to say "you actually did get it! " Thank you for the lack luster service! It's simple provide your customers with more responsive service and support which will allow you to become a better vet clinic. Communicate with your customers if there is a delay or emergency. Right now your not there and things need to change. Take this as a lesson, learn from it and do better so you can actually get it!
This clinic is very unreliable. I asked them to provide me documents for my kitty and I received no response. After following up the next day, I finally received a response that it would be provided to me shortly. I followed up again that same day before they closed and I did not get a response. It was very disappointing expecting to get that information and it was never provided. I was in the process of adopting a new kitty to bring them to their forever home and I did not receive the documents as promised. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my cat here.

Highly recommend. This clinic is near and dear to me. From going there as a foster to bringing my own babies there, the staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond for the animals and their families. Even in the hardest of times. If you're looking for the best care with honest service, the cat hospital of Brampton is your best choice.

Dr. Kendra Long and her team are amazing, they know my cat by its name. Dr. Long is very knowledgeable and fast to act, we have been coming to her clinic since my cat was a kitty, two year later I am so glad I have found her. I recommend Dr. Kendra Long to anyone looking for their kitty or Puppy Veterinary. You will be in amazing hands.

Dr. Long and her team are amazing. She is very proactive in helping your pet. She is caring and compassionate and genuinely has a love for all animals.

Dr Kendra Long was very calm, caring and compassionate when we brought our Rose in today. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything that was happening. Would definitely recommend.

Since moving to Brampton, we had tried different Vets for our cats, and we were blown away by the level of knowledge, care, and compassion exhibited by the entire team at The Cat Hospital. We've brought all our kitties here. They even do a ton of of work with animal rescues and they're just great people.

I am very regretful to bring my two cats to this hospital one month ago. They just did what they had to do right away. My one cat had a blood test and a urinary & stool test and another cat also had a stool test. It took more than one week to get results and they just left a voicemail. I wanted to discuss more and want to know another cat stool result so I called and they said Vet could not talk right now so left a message, but I never got back from them. After a few weeks, my cat was very sick and found a blood bladder. In other vet hospitals, the most of test results only took 2 days and got a phone call from the vet before getting the result because Vet just wondered how's my cat doing. Totally different experience. I will never bring my cats again.

Also even though you sent an email and left a voice mail did not give any information about another cat stool test result. Where is this info?

Dr Long is an amazing veterinarian. She is doing everything she can to help our cat. She is efficient and of good advice. And the team supporting her is also very kind and very nice.

Extremely friendly and patient, they have been nothing but wonderful with answering all our questions and putting our little girl's health first and foremost.
