Every time I come here the store is closed. Not open on weekends, closed after 6pm. Very inconvenient for those who work long hours during the week. It also doesn’t help when you leave your open sign on.

My phone couldn’t do outgoing or incoming calls. I had to rush to Telus. Even though I got there 15 minutes before closing I was greeted by Will who helped me restore my phone. He also provided me with some great suggestions. All of which he did well beyond the last 15 minutes of his day. I left the store at 6: 30pm. What a great feeling to be provided with an amazing customer service!

Todd Fetterley and store manager Ashley said leave it with us we will make it happen and boy did they ever.total turnaround time under 3 hours absolutely amazing service and they have a new customer for life.
