Quality is good, prices are fair, and customer service is good most of the time. However, working hours should be honoured. If you close at 7 then you should be able to provide service until then. I find the hours of operations vary and you can’t rely on them.

Best place to get your meet. Awesome staff and very fresh meat all around. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area. I would say this should be your go-to for pork, chicken, and beef!

I don't have experience buying their pork or beef, but their chicken is a disappointment to say the least!

I ordered 5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast and I was expecting them to be clean similar to most butchers. Well, the chicken was full of fat and there were a couple of small bones in some of the pieces. I felt like I almost broke a tooth! Feel free to buy it and judge for your self. I, for one, will not be returning.

I have been purchasing from The Central Butcher since they opened and never disappoints. The meat is excellent and if can find some of my favourite staples from Mexico. I absolutely recommend it! The service is super friendly which is very important.

This butcher is a diamond in the rough. On my first visit I had no idea what to expect but, I ordered my favourite cut (Ribeye x2) asked for 2" steaks and received beastly 2.5" each. I cooked them sous vide (127.9f for 2hours) and pan seared to finish. They were mouth wateringly delicious. Today I purchased 4.5lbs of Picanha (top sirloin) for $34. The staff are curtious and knowledgeable.

Great place, great quality of meat! I would recommend the Picanha. They also give free dog bones for bigger purchases which is awesome!

Perfect Service. Great prices, I was able to find banana leaves to make hallacas, and their meat is top notch. I highly recommend.

The customer service is exceptional! I would recommend just based on customer service. The only thing I would say is to just clarrify what you are ordering. By no fault of theirs or mine, something else was delivered then what was expected. I will definitely be placing an order again.

Great selection of meats and latin cuts, the owner is great and its a family shop so they are super friendly as well. Pricing is really good, just picked up over $250 worth of cuts and the owner is always willing to cut something just the way you want it. Awesome place, will definitely be making regular visits!

Great service and good meat. We tried the mexican and columbian sausages and they were delicious. Chicken was fresh. Wish they could source organic chicken too.
