The food was terrible. I wanted support this mom and pop Taiwanese restaurant, but the take out food was just absolutely terrible. The broccoli was hard boil or microwaved from frozen package, totally tasteless. The braised chicken drum stick was stale, likely days old. No wonder there were no one at this shop at dinner time.this shop should be avoided at all cost.

Such an underrated bubble tea store! Family owned and the store's appearance may intimidate you but do not be alarmed!

Best bubble tea in town. They make their own bubbles. Very reasonable price.

Very nice owner. They sell amazing handmade black saseme mochi. And variety of vegetarian mock meat directly imported from Taiwan. Bubble tea is amazing too

My wife had been frequenting this location for over 25 years It is like a stroll down memory lane for her. I have been coming here for about 20 years myself now.
The mall has gone through many transformations because of restaurants and various retail stores coming and going.
But the Chase Convenience store remains. You can get a wide variety of bubble tea and other tea drinks. I really enjoy the food on their menu.
They have a selection of wonderful Taiwanese dishes to soothe your pallet of that night market cravings.
It is a mom and pop operation. So this alone gets my support over the large chain restaurants. The owner and his wife prepare the food with care and attention.
A+ experience for me all the way here.

Amazing hardworking people, great, authentic food and bubble tea, been frequently visiting for 15+ years; it’s always been high quality and I definitely recommend it.

The owner is extremely kind, the food is authentic, the prices are amazing, and the bubble tea is spectacular! I personally recommend the pearl milk tea and the strawberry juice:)
