Jasmine was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her and the Chesterfield shop were extremely flexible and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend using them. We ended up getting a great couch at a great price. Best value in Toronto in my opinion- my wife and I visited over 15 showrooms to find our couch.

Purchased a $5000 chesterfield
Next day after delivery we noticed the lumbar did not operate
Called the store, advised that someone would come to correct
It is now 5 days later, have yet to hear from anyone

We stumbled upon The Chesterfield Shop by fluke after visiting many other furniture stores; however, we were super impressed and so thankful that we went in. Sandra was amazing! Definitely ask for Sandra when you go. She was knowledgable, patient, friendly and super helpful. She helped us to find a sofa that was both functional for our family and fit our space. She walked us through the customizations, which are awesome. We haven't received our sofa yet; however, we are very excited for it to arrive.

After 23 years with our family room chesterfield set, I shocked everyone when deciding to replace it. Our 3 piece leather set has been through 4 dogs, 2 kids and years of everyday use. Yes it was very worn. I forgot I bought that set from the Chesterfield Shop but after visiting the store again, the quality of the furniture there reminded me of my first purchase over 20 years ago. Again, my wife and I were impressed with the variety of worthy replacement choices. We’re going to probably do one more set purchase for our retirement and we look forward to the same experience again. Thanks Dennis and The Chesterfield Shop!

If you're looking for great service, knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing, then this is the place to visit. Our salesperson Aya was terrific - no pressure - just informative answers that helped guide and narrow the decisions to a final selection of which we are extremely pleased. Thank you for making the selection process so effortless.

Just sharing our experience. May 1st put a substantial deposit on a sectional sofa and was told it would take up to 16 weeks. Starting in about September, I would email every month or so inquiring on the status of the sofa and would get a standard email advising it would be ready the following month. It is now January and no sign of it. We have asked for our deposit back (so we could buy another sofa) and it has been refused on the basis that it was clear in the contract that the deposit was non-refundable. It was also clear in the contract that the sofa would be delivered at some point in that same calendar year, but I digress. That's just our experience.

UPDATE: a day after I wrote this review, Jim from head office at the Chesterfield Shop called and explained that they have experienced lengthy delays with this particular manufacturer who has been overwhelmed with orders. Jim seemed sincere in his apology and in making amends. The sofa will be delivered on Saturday and if the quality is as good as promised, I will again revise this review to add a star or two.

Hands down the best experience I have had buying furniture - ever. We visited many furniture stores selling sofas in Mississauga. We went to The Chesterfield Shop on the suggestion if a friend.

Our sales person, Dennis, was fantastic. I would recommend anyone to The Chesterfield Shop to see Dennis. He was not just interested in making a sale, but ensure we will be satisfied customers. It was also good to know we were buying a sofa that can be customized and made in Canada.

We were told our order would take 16-17 weeks and after inquiring at 16 weeks have now been told another 14-15 weeks. I understand this is a difficult time but I find it hard to believe they got the estimate that wrong. I wonder if it was initially ordered.

Ask for Sandra Broglio. This is a great place to purchase sofas and chairs. A friend who bought leather sofas here starting thirty years ago recommended The Chesterfield Shop when I asked where she bought her sofas. They always looked great over the years and were super comfortable. Last year we bought new sofas and chairs. I suggested to my sister that she talk to Sandra when she needed a new sofa and she was happy. We just bought two new sofas for another space. Sandra is helpful and they sell a product that is well constructed, comfortable and have a wide variety that appeals to cottage, house and condo owners.

We had a very positive experience. Ismat, the design consultant, was very knowledgeable and professional throughout our visit.

Fabulous experience. Randy met us at the door asked us what we were looking for and showed us the exact couch that we had envisioned in our heads before our search. He was so friendly and warm - it was such a comfortable buying experience. No pushy salesman - just someone that understood what we needed and knew the quality of the brand. I know that we bought quality piece of furniture as my Aunt bought a set approximately 7 years ago and it still looks brand new. I knew this was the place to go so happy that we did:)

Amazing service! Randy in the Mississauga store helped us to find our perfect chairs a couple of years ago. He gave us some great thoughts and informed us on the different quality of leathers. We recently called him as we had a question about our chairs. He pulled up our file and was able to help us and get all of our questions answered within minutes. We bought our first couch at Chesterfield 6 years ago- it still looks brand new! Considering how impeccable our first couch looks (and it has a LOT of kilometres), we naturally came back to add to what we have and buy another couch for our basement. The service we get here is always amazing! The selection here is better than anywhere else we've been and the quality we've always noticed is way better than anywhere else.

We just received our sectional sofa and are extremely happy with how it turned out. It looks and feels amazing and it's even better then we were hoping for! We had a great experience dealing with Salwa at the Mississauga location. She was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs before making suggestions for what would work best for us. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and assured us everything would be perfect and it was.

The delivery guy's were also very good.forgot to get their names. Did a great job with the assembly and did not leave any mess behind. They ensured I was satisfied with everything before leaving.

We started looking for a sectional couch to replace the old one that we had since it is showing its age. I was greeted by Aya who showed us all the different styles of sectionals in the showroom. There was no pressure selling here. She allowed us to check all the sectionals and answered all questions we had. We ended up buying one right from the get go. I highly recommend you speak to Aya next time you are looking for furniture. A+

Came here on the recommendation of my best friend. Checked out a couple of other places which didn't even compare. Great selection here. Aya was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales approach. Found our dream couch ("The Chill" - perfect name for it) which should ship within a fairly reasonable timeframe. Excited for it to arrive so I can get rid of my old, uncomfortable sofa!
