Unfortunately the prices are way too high for the quality of vegetables you get.
I ordered the mediterranean salad without add ons of meat (thank God I didnt). The bowl was 80% lettuce, 6 baby tomatoes, 20g of feta cheese, onions and a crazy amount of sauce. I paid 16$ for this box of lettuce.

Turn around, walk out rhe door, make a left and the next restaurant over is where you want to be! Better quality products and good! Trust me

The food was pathetic. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Ordered from Uber eats and they missed out on random thing on every order. Even the juice was expired. Would never visit/order from this restaurant again.

Good food to eat but waste my whole lunch getting my food, very hard when you only get 30 minutes

Very good food with lots of vegetarian options! Love the combinations they have. The tofu is a bit bland and I would recommend some seasoning.
Clean. Plenty of free parking.
The restaurant has a bright and inviting atmosphere with lots of seating.
The portion sizes are quite filling.
We would definitely return.

Excellent service. Very clean resturant and washroom. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very tasty meal with perfect serving. Convenient to get to. Quick and efficent service. Cant wait to go again.

Always delicious and very easy to enjoy, staff is great and today l would like to congratulate you on how you dealt with customers on during the outage. You apologized for not having music and asked if anyone can sing; unfortunately not all people caught on it but it was a nice way to engage. Made my day. If the owner sees this comment, give your employees a raise, well deserved!

Short staffed and waited nearly 30min after ordering. 3 staff are trying their best to manage high volume of walk ins, pickup and Skip orders

We have been loyal customers (generally order once or twice a month). Today we ordered 2 salads and two quesadillas for lunch. Missing avocado in both salads (this has happened before), half portions quesadillas. When I spoke with the restaurant manager, she offered to check our order next time but no compensation at all. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I've come to love this place! I've found my favourite wrap but even more than that I've found 2 other items that you wouldn't necessarily think of that are fantastic. They carry this chocolate zucchini bread that is SO moist and delicious you can't stop at just one piece, so bonus! You can actually buy a whole loaf if you ask. Turns out it is vegan and gluten free and literally the best out family has found (gluten/non-gluten, dairy/non-dairy) anywhere. And not super sweet. The other are these amazing icecream sandwiches made by Four All Icecream. Oh. My. Gosh! Not normally an icecream gal/family but we can't visit this shop without buying a few. Everything is scratch made and high quality, the cookie is sweet/salty and stays together with enough chew to make the whole experience memorable and not messy in your hands. Mm.now I've gotta go get some of these things!

Food was ready withinminutes of our order. Quesadilla was hot and tasty, was satisfied with the quantity.

Exotic salad and Exotic water that I like from chopped leaf. I really live far away from my family and I love to eat healthy food chopped fulfilled my need during entire pandemic time. They are very happy people every time I go they always smile and they have always treated me in such a nice way I cannot even explain that customer service in words. Beware! It's very addictive. I haven't had one bad lunch at The Chopped Leaf Waterloo. (I've ordered MANY salads)

I order online & "ta da" its always on the counter waiting for me.

The ingredients are so fresh & the dressings are to die for. The green goddess is amazing (my favorite).

Excellent healthy meals, choices for everyone on a path of nutritious eating. The juice selection is also incredible. AAA +

Stopped in here, on a hungry whim today and was pleasantly surprised! GREAT location, super staff, incredibly clean and the food was delicious!
We ordered veggie quesadillas, cranberry pesto sandwich and a slightly-altered version of their Bankok salad. Everything was delicious and very filling. I'm a big guy and I was a little worried that it wasn't going to 'fill' me.as they weren't serving soup today.
Excellent experience - we WILL be back!

This place is great. It is one of my favourite places to go for a quick bite to eat in Waterloo. The prices are reasonable and the food is healthy and delicious. The menu is excellent for anyone who wants to eat something healthy on the run. I would definitely recommend this place 5/5

Very friendly and help staff, and I love the addition of the Grocery Garden! So nice to have a safe way to get my produce during these difficult times.

I have frequented this location. Over the past year due to convenience and am consistently disappointed. I pretty much keep going back because the pita pit line is long and I am impatient. But I am also impatient with the hard and unripe avocado, disappointing lettuce, and other not-so-fresh ingredients that come on these bowls and salads. I also usually get the same bowl and it is somehow a different looking bowl each time due to different quantities and quality of ingredients.

Use to love this place. Apparently the owner has changed their policy on "how much salad dressing goes on each serving". I can't stand businesses that try to walk the line of cheap as possible. They lost my business (twice a week) because they wanted to save fractions of a penny! Great work ownership!: D

Food was very good overall. The chicken was not so great tasting though; neither me nor my wife liked it.
Edit: returned 1/13, ordered two salads without any protein, both were delicious!

Did not have a good experience here tonight. Staff didn't know how to redeem a gift card and accused me of having nothing on it when I knew I still had over $18 on it. Then the girl filled my dressing cup a quarter of the way full for a FULL salad.how is that enough? When I asked her to fill it up more she looked at me like I had two heads. Here's a thought: Maybe you shouldn't have two clueless people working together at the same time!

If I could rate less than a 1, I would. If you want to be treated like a nobody, go here. I waited nearly 10mins to be served when no one was in line. I also got half the servings for my bowl and 4 pieces of chicken, no joke and spend 16 dollars on a garbage bowl with added chicken.

I could probably tell you about the staffs likes and dislikes because their personal conversations while prepping were clearly more important than a greeting the customer. When I was finally greeted, it was a task for the individual.the manager was also laughing at the jokes in the back glanced at me for a sec then continued her conversation with the staff.

I called back later to complain and she acted super nice, went back a week later to grab the "free bowl" and I had to advise her about the portioning. I got 5 pieces of chicken the second round (oh wow) with JUST lettuce to make it looked like I got more instead of portioning it correctly with the other items. As an individual with supervising experience, the entire staff should be revamped including the management. Horrid service. Will NEVER go back ever again.

Went here for the first time on Sunday. Was not greeted when we got there and there was only one couple sitting and eating in the restaurant, it was not busy. I ordered a Bangkok bowl and a few bites in found a hair in my food. I asked for another one to be made to go as I had somewhere to be and now didn’t have time to sit and eat. A while later I go to eat my bowl only to find out they didn’t put the noodles in. Very disappointing as that was the more filling part of the bowl, which I paid $10 for. The employee didn’t apologize or say anything about me finding her hair in my food. It was just overall a bad experience.

Today's lunch was supposed to be a do-over of last month where the girl making my lunch picked up food off the floor while making my meal without gloves on, items were left out of our order including the extra we paid to add chicken, and staff was anything but friendly.

The manager was kind enough to offer a credit for our meal, but today was much more of the same, no gloves, rude and lazy staff, and only allowing me to use $19.25 of a $20 credit on a $24 bill because "It was close enough". The salad was not made as requested and was literally thrown into the box.

Until the staff changes, we will not be back. Worst service I've had in a long while it's a shame because we showed a lot of support and patronage since this location opened quite a few years ago now

Feel good after you eat, definitely a true statement about this place. A co worker and I ordered a build your own bowl, and were surprised with the large portion size. With tons of Fresh, full of colour vegetables to choose from the only thing difficult about coming here is choosing what to want to put together.

From fresh vegetables, full of flavor rice and quinoa to home made salad dressing this place is an absolute must try. You feel energize after eating this meal, it was big but full of nutrients that won't slow you down like eating meat.

We also got our hands on the cold pressed juice, expensive but you get loads of fresh nutrients.

Overall we are very impressed with the staff working, very friendly and quick to get order ready.

I have been to Chopped Leaf multiple times. This is by far the worst experience I have ever experienced. Preparing food without gloves on after cleaning the dishes and contaminating the food is not pleasant to see or to eat. The customer service was very poor, had to wait for a very long time until an employee to decide to cash me out for purchasing extra items after my previous order was placed. During the time I was waiting the employees were congregating back by the dish washer until they came out and one of the employees refused to use the cash and another had to step up. I had not said one word until I felt I have been waiting a long time. As soon as I walked in the restaurant the tables were filthy. Left overs on the tables, cutlery was scattered everywhere. Underneath some of the tables there were used napkin and pieces of cutlery. When I came into the store there was absolutely no one dining in, one of the employees could have at least cleaned up. I ordered taco rolls and the portion and the amount of spinach and stuff that goes into it was poor. One piece of spinach in each roll? That is ridiculous. While I was waiting for my order to be completed, one of the employees had a group of friends approach them. They talked for a very long time, which caused my order to be delayed a bit longer. I hate to say this, but a VERY poor customer service.

I will be emailing the owners or to whom it may concern.

As much as I appreciate how close this location is to my place of work, and the convenience of ordering online, well over half of my times ordering online result in me waiting 20+ minutes after the order is due, even during off peak hours.

To cause further discontent, most of my orders wind up incorrect; etiher being given the incorrect dressing, having staff confuse banana peppers with bell peppers, etc. During a lunch rush, these mistakes are passable and I understand the potential for error, but not when the establishment is half empty.

If you have options, pick a location other than this, or be very conscious of your order and the time you have to pick it up.
