The Cigar Store

I don't know anything about cigars, but I wanted to pick some up as gifts for my groomsmen. The owner was immediately friendly and open with me, and didn't make the experience intimidating or difficult. He showed me a few options and I was in and out within 3 minutes feeling like I was treated fairly and not upsold because of my ignorance. If you're in the same boat as me, this is the place to go.

Walked into this shop looking for a weekend cigar, the Gentleman at the counter helped me select a Cuban Cigar which turned out magnificent! Top quality and great aroma! Not to mention that the shop itself smells amazing and just for that its a must visit! 10/10

I very rarely write reviews but I HAD to make one for this store (owner Mohamed) I live really far out in Brampton and with work on 2 occasions he has waited around 15 min till after closing to help me when I would be running late. He was so empathetic understanding traffic and let me know he would wait for me. Over all he is super knowledgeable, kind and takes his time to help! I come here specifically for a product that is very difficult to find. (Sweden/UK/US have it) and has been essential to helping me quit smoking/vaping! Before I discovered this store, I would spend so much time calling around searching for this product and each time would get off the phone disappointed with no one ever having it! Just super happy we got this spot in the city with a kind hearted owner:)

They have a variety of herbal cigarattes.hard to find in this city. And very kind and knowledgeable service!

I want to introduce my friends to cigar and I brought them to his store that I stumbled upon by chance. I asked the owner which cigar he recommend for cigar newbies and he recommended them WD Mocha. The cigar as a wonderful smell of chocolate and coffee. The smell is so nice that I ended up getting one for myself as well. The taste of the cigar is just as nice as the its smell albeit on the mild side in terms of strength. I highly recommend this place

I'm visiting from Illinois and took a drive to The Cigar Store. Picked up 2 Monte Criso cigars to enjoy on my trip. Clean store, friendly staff and affordable cigars.

A gem of a shop; fantastic selection and they carry my favourite rolling tobacco. Moreover, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.

The Cigar Store has the most affordable tobacco-free Swedish snus in the city, "White Fox", which comes in different nicotine strengths and flavours (they also carry regular snus "General White"). Wonderful service every time! /a Swede in Toronto

Very nice store, as a Swedish person who has used Snus for the most part of my life, i tried finding snus in Toronto in many places without any luck. This place however, has the snus General which comes in 48 pouches, and it is comparable to the General XR you buy in Sweden in terms of flavour.

I went in based on the reviews and couldn't have had a better experience! The gentleman behind the counter (assuming he was the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, gave me a lot of great suggestions and was very patient as I picked out a cigar for my father. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I stopped in this store last Sunday before a family barbeque. Mohammed wasted no time assisting me in selecting 4 modestly priced Honduran cigars for myself and the gents in my family to enjoy after our cook-out. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stogies. Mohammed's selections were wonderful, his demeanour was friendly and his service and charm was delightful and unexpected.

I will certainly visit Mohammed's shop again. Its wonderful to have a local store like this in my neighborhood and I very much enjoy shopping at The Cigar Store. With all the crunchy-granola and to be quite frank, elite-tier shops arriving in Midtown, its a great experience to be able to walk into a down to earth, friendly space that enthusiastically caters to needs from modest to exotic.
