Very easy to book and I like the fact that if there isn’t anything you are not satisfied with, you can let the office know and they will speak to cleaners and so they know for next visit, which takes out any awkwardness or hesitation. Marlene and Anna are very pleasant and thorough, and I’m quite pleased with their service.

Well, what can I say about Carol and Natasha? I can say they are simply outstanding and very reliable.
I know that I can rely on to always walk into a clean and organized house, even when I am out of town and husband and kids stay back making more mess than usual.
Thank you for all that you do and helping me stay less stressed by not having to worry about the cleaning as much.
Definitely want to keep this team for a very long time.

Lorie and Claudia from Team #4 cleaned our home on June 14th.took attention to detail regarding 'stuff' that we had laying around, books, newspapers and worked around them.
Very helpful in assisting me to 'post ' a revies.
One bedroom has an old iron bed springs, and managed to work around it.

The cleaning service is great, but staff attitude needs a lot of improvement. I was told that per their company policy staff would always wear a mask when owners are at home, to my surprise no one wore it upon entering (for multiple cleaning sessions). Staff would make faces and complain about them having to wear a mask and this has happened twice in the past.
Some staff did not even carry a mask today. Few staff members seem to have bad attitude issues, no greetings no smiles upon arrival, my experience today was so pathetic that the staff clearly was making faces while communicating.
The owner Richard is very professional though.

Sima and Marina's first visit really left a great impression on me.

They were professional from start to finish.

The rates are insanely high, and there is a scarcity of house cleaning knowledge. After they left, nothing was washed, and pieces of debris was still strewn around.

Thank you to the wonderful smiling team - Seneica and Di-Kari for a great deep cleaning of my house yesterday. They were so easy to work with, they left the house sparkling clean and walked us through each area to ensure we were happy. The team is good at organizing stuff too!

Manager is a coward when it comes to her work. She has little concept what her clients want and merely chooses things she
feels are fitting for my home. If the company's manager does not resign, the company will be allowed to abandon.

There was a lack of competence and speed. They arrived late, neglected to clean the toilet,  and then left an hour sooner than scheduled. It just highlights how complicated dealing with them is.

The company is always overpricing and arrogant. Nothing had been cleaned or mopped, and the furniture had not been wiped down.  1 out of 5 stars.

I’ve used the Cleaning Authority for the last 5 and a half years. I’ve been very happy with the service - head office (Richard), customer support, and cleaners, especially Valerie and Leanna. On the few occasions I had an issue, the cleaners would promptly return to resolve the missed area. I also appreciated the team would announce themselves when entering my home, especially with the amount of work from home days I do as a result of the pandemic. They were very mindful if I was on a work call when they arrived and worked with me on a couple occasions to start their clean in a different area. I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority.

I appreciate this team in particular, they are nice and did a good job cleaning.

Team 5, Carol and Natasha, did an amazing deep clean last month, and followed up with a great standard clean this month. They are quick and still thorough, and considerate over any requests (at my request, left the dog nose prints on the window from a pup that recently passed). We are very happy with their service. Highly recommended.

We had Team 1 (Sima & Mariah) in today for our first initial clean. They did a wonderful job, and were very professional. We look forward to continue bi-weekly service with TCA.

We had Sima and Furaha last week at our home on a regular cleaning assignment. They did a great and efficient job.on top of all they found an envelope with some money on our bed and they brought it back to us. Their honesty should be commented. Well done Sima and Furaha

So far I'm extremely pleased with this cleaning company. I switched over from another cleaning company and this company gets the job done quicker, at a lower cost, and at a better quality. They're very responsive and their cleaning rotation model is genius. Thanks so much to Claudia and Victoria especially for the wonderful cleaning job today. I expect to continue using them for the foreseeable future!

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for nearly a year now. They have very professional staff and leave my house sparkling. I really appreciate the use of non-toxic cleaning products. Sima and Mariah are great and don't seem to mind all our stairs!

Both team members were polite and worked diligently on each task. They responded positively to my suggestions.

Just had my first clean by Stacey, Sima, and Seneica last night. The house was really grimy after living in 'survival mode' with young kids at home during the pandemic. These three rid the place of all the cobwebs and dust we've been accumulating, and the whole place feels so much more livable this morning. Thanks so much!

Team 4 Lorie and Fuhuhara were very friendly and professional. They set to work once we had gone over what cleaning I wanted done. Everything I requested to be clean was done with utmost care. The team even changed the sheets on my bed which was a wonderful experience, having someone else make my bed! Lorie and Fahuhara continued to work independently on various areas and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they completed the job. Will look forward to having them clean my house.

We had our house cleaned by Natasha and Carol and they did an amazing job. When our regular house cleaner retired at the start of the pandemic we had trouble finding good cleaners we could trust. With 2 young kids we just never had time for a deep clean. Needless to say we found a good fit. Thanks for your help!

I can't express how much of a burden got lifted off my shoulders with Seneica, Valerie and Claudia coming to my house this week. I can say I have very rarely been satisfied with a cleaning service and this was one of those times. The team cleaned everything to perfection and in so much detail which saved me a ton of rework.
