I'd like to say the staff were amazing but Tom the sales member went above and beyond for me and made everything happen and work for me I'd really like to put this out here and say Tom is top notch in my books and I highly recommend and again thank you Tom

Tom greeted us. Answered questions let us browse comfortably. Met Mike (the guy in the commercial). He sold us a recliner. Took it home. Decided we wanted the other one. We were out of luck, it had sold within a half hour after we left. You see it, don't hesitate. Great prices. Going back for more. Wish we stopped here years ago. Now purchased a washer, dryer, stove, accent chair, loveseat, couch. So excited! Very friendly staff, Great prices!

A variety of selection of furniture that offers the advantage of being able to sit on sofas as opposed to online purchases that assumes one size fits all. The salesperson was accommodating and patient as I tried sitting on various sofas to determine comfort. Rob the salesperson gave me his card with an email address on it. When I emailed him to check exact dimensions, he responded quickly.

Bought a great bed at a steal of a deal. Taking a trip back when we redecorate our daughters room later this year.

Arrogant sales person who greets you at the front, but if you go in and avoid the staff you find some good deals sometimes in the back clearance area.

Not impressed with how things went at this store.
We chose a couch. It was set for delivery. We measured many times to make sure the couch would fit.
When the sales representative came to see the property he stated the couch would not fit and was not willing to try. Even though the measurements had plenty of room. Dealing with this store became a headache and we refunded for the 2000$ couch we were buying.
Poor service would not spend my money here ever again.

Bought my first couch & love-seat set from Rob in 2019. Super helpful guy! They were very accommodating & held our furniture until we moved at a later date.

A large show room of products on hand to test for comfort and style where staff offer a no pressure approach to customer service.

Went looking for 2 dinning room chairs to match what we had. Ended up buying 6 new ones at a good price. Sales people were very helpful.

Purchased living room & bedroom furniture 2 years ago. Sofa broke. Dave came over, repaired and put back together the same day. Great prices.excellent service.

I always find what I am looking for here, and then I find it somewhere else so much more expensive!

It is definitely worth a visit/look for all kinds of household furniture. I have purchased a few pieces here, at very good prices, and have been very pleased with what I've purchased.

On last visit, in particular, I was particularly UNimpressed with the sales staff, however. I feel they need to work on salesmanship, and overall customer service. That said, they certainly aren't unique in that regard, as such skill (and it IS a skill) is sorely lacking in many stores/businesses these days.
