Ryan did a fantastic job walking me through process for tenant rental insurance. He was friendly, professional, and informative- presenting the (otherwise tedious) information in an engaging and digestible way. And above all: we were able to secure a great rate. Will certainly be contacting him again for future insurance needs.

Sheila helped me to place my personal insurance with co-operators. She was always very prompt in getting back to me and she answered all my questions. The only thing is - I have wished to be able to review policy wordings myself before binding (as I am in Insurance as well), to have a more in depth analysis and comparison with my current coverage with Desjardins. I had to ask a lot of questions, when comparing coverage and Sheila helped with that. Overall, I felt confident in moving my insurance over to co-operators after this positive experience. I would recommend Sheila.

Richelle helped us with 6 policies (between P&C and Life). So when we purchased a cottage, my 1st instinct was to go to Richelle's team. This time Ryan helped out and he was professional and very responsive and we got the policy for the cottage within 24 hours! I would use Richelle and her team again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Avoid this place. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional and do not care about customer service. I called and spoke with Makayla, I'm guessing she's the receptionist. I set up an appointment to speak with a representative. I told Makayla that my husband would need to reserve a time slot during his working hours inorder to be on the call. She told me Ryan or Shelia would contact me. No one called at the appointed time. We waitted around for a call that never came. I called and spoke with Makayla and she didn't even apologize, she just told me I wasn't a client so they decided not to call me. No heads up, nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE!
