The Co-operators - Paul Lue Pann, Agent

Literally the last insurance company you would want to deal with. Incompetent is the kindest word I can use to describe how Co-operators operates. Additionally, when other insurance companies were offering adequate refunds on car insurance policies during the pandemic lockdown, Co-operators only gave customers back a few dollars. It was reported on the local news how out of touch Co-operators refunds were with reality. Greed and incompetence seems to be their modus operendi.

Good rates, great service. Lynn T. Helped me alot, she's great. Also I've been with other insurance companies before, that when you need them, they won't help. When I needed the cooperators they helped me and followed through right to the end. Can't recommend them enough!

It's good company but The amount I pay is high even though I did not get any violation or accident. When I asked about the reason, the employee answered that the evaluation is sometimes based on the number of accidents in the region or city in which I live. Am I responsible for the accidents that occurred in my neighborhood? I would like to reconsider the matter.

Honestly, Dan is a great guy and has helped me out on more than one occasion with my insurance issues. He's understanding and you can feel that he truely cares about customers and his employees. With Dan you you don't just get insurance, you get the assurance that if something goes wrong he has your back. Id recommend getting insurance with any company that hes apart of.

Unfortunately My experience here was not the best They constantly mixed up my information with my family's information.

Called in for insurance quote and the gentlemen was pretty straight forwarded and loved his customer service. Thanks again and I would be referring people to your office)

Worst insurance office. Bad customer service experience and they don't care about you. Avoid at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. Cheapest car insurance in Windsor and never had a problem with them. And they don’t raise rates like the other scam artist insurance companies such as Aviva.

Don't recommend it.
This insurance company is the worst insurance company in Canada, and especially the staff who work there and (Dan Dupuis) at the top of the list. Believe me, you do NOT want this and here's why:
1- you'll get a problem every month.
2- When you try to contact them, they'll tell you to come to the office because they can not do any changes through the phone.
3- If you ever have any accidents or any damages, they'll tell you that they don't need your business anymore and they don't care about you.
4- Their call center is useless because after you spend more than 20 minutes on hold you get an agent who doesn't know anything, and not even English.
5- I canceled my auto insurance last week and even when I did so I called and said that I wanted to cancel, they say you have to come to the office to cancel it because they are too behind and their system is pathetic to cancel a policy or even do any changes through the phone like other insurance companies.
At the end, I would say that I'm so happy I canceled with them and I wish that I did that long time ago because it was such a headache.
