Wondering why cooperators is referring businesses to them.they even doesn't know about abc of customer service.

I'm shocked how unavailable this branch is to serve potential new customers

Horrible case worker, especially K, Didn't give quote at the day of visit saying their system needs prior appointment. In two weeks advance appointment, she forget to mark the appointment date and time as per other agent who picked up the phone. Later, the case worker, even without apologize of the missing appointment, directly told that you have visited other branch and you did a lot shoporound. Finally, she just for formality, gave a quote, which is unreasonably high. I asked her that I want to see her senior, unfortunately none available. I told that the behaviour is unprofessional and not helping their organization. I will never try them nor recommend.
