I recently just bought a home and as we all know the craziness that comes along with that, Kathleen at the cooperators has made this experience such a breeze for me and I don’t know what I would have done without her expertise and professionalism. Working with Kathleen has made this experience so stressfree and easy. If I could recommend an insurance advisor I would recommend Kathleen over and over again. Thank you again to her and her team please give them a call for any of your home or automobile insurance questions or concerns.

I was a customer of cooperators for over 25 years and for most of those years, particularly the first 10, the seevice was excellent an I felt person to them and not just a "client". I was so happy with the relationship that I gave all of my insurance needs personal and professiona to them.

About 3 years ago I encountered some health issues and could not pay as much attention to things as I once did. Imagine my surprise then when I did begin to become involved again and found my premium had increased by 20%. When I called Natasha Hall and associates about this and to ask why I had not been informed separately about this increase I was informed that Natasha Hall and Associates simply had too many customers and it was impossible to operate in a 1 to 1 fashion. So much for loyalty and the idea that faithfully giving them my business all these years actually meant something to them. The good news is that I was able, without too much difficulty, get a price from a reputable company at less than I was paying 4 years ago.

Shop around, cooperators are not the company they once were.

Tried to get auto insurance. Initial communications were good but my follow-up emails were completely ignored. Doesn’t feel like my time is valued.

I was with this insurance company 18 years for auto insurance. The rates are high and the will stick you for every penny they can. Natasha Hall is never in the office I have never once been able to speak with her. Many of the people on the phone speak very poor english and there is definitely a barrier when trying to relay information. I never had a single claim with them and was able to get better coverage and service from CAA insurance and saved 350 dollars a year. Buyer beware the service has gone way down hill since management change and prices are top dollar for sub par service. DO NOT INVEST OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Since Kim left this place is a farce.

Was with them for a couple years. Natasha went out of her way for us at first-we were new clients. However, after that short period, we became a number with pretty much everyone we talk too, I provided constructive feedback but continued to receive poor service and conflicting information.

Avoid the Co-operators. They will go out of their way to screw you at every opportunity and if you have questions about anything, not a single person you speak to can help you and will try to redirect you to someone else. 18+ days to assess damages and 5+ days to come up with a settlement offer that will be 40% than it should be. They don't care about their customers at all and they'll just keep trying to take all of your money. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
