To be honest, numerically, our commiseration made perfect sense, it wasn’t the best news I had occasion to welcome this week. Since I had a communication problem with my last broker and I had been with that company since 1999 with no claims I needed to find a company that understood me and my concerns. As I own a condominium you need a very comprehensive package as their

Let's be honest, there is no thrill associated with making any financial decisions but what stands out is when someone demonstrates over and over that they are in your corner. I have been receiving great service from RJB Insurance Group for more than 15 years and their humanly approach of all my insurance matters. They listen and deliver!

Extremely poor customer service. I tried calling them more than 10 times and I have to hang up phone after 45 minutes all the time. I was dealing with yash mulchandani who is my auto insurance advisor. I called him few times, sent him texts and email but no response at all.

I highly advise to avoid this company and pay few bucks extra where you can reach out to them whenever you need help
